I never have to send anything back when I order from Collectif! Their sizes stay consistent, and their clothes' descriptions give advice on sizing if the item runs larger or smaller than usual. The quality of the clothes is top notch! The cotton is thick and great quality. The dresses don't wrinkle or make you sweat. I've been ordering from them for almost ten years and recommend them highly!

Quick delivery.
I love my new shoes - wore Melitta red to Swing at the Scoop at London Bridge and danced my tooties off. Walked in them comfortably there and home again, without any discomfort. Thrilled!

Poor quality clothes - disappointed
I tried this company because a colleague recommended their clothes. So I thought I’d try them out and purchased two items. The quality of the clothes is shocking. I’ve bought better quality from Primark and ASOS. The quality of the items was so poor that I had to return both items. The stitching was poor. The quality of the fabric was really low, both items I bought felt cheap and rough. The sizing was off. What added insult to injury was that I had to pay for both delivery and returns. Save your money and don’t bother with this brand.
