I've been buying from Unique Vintage for several years now. Everything I've even purchased from them has been practical, comfortable, and absolutely stunning. I recommend this shop to everyone I know who's into this style of clothing, and even ones that are not - because the basics are also great. The biggest win as far as I'm concerned is the sizing: it's consistent and logical, and you can always order you size and be sure the garment will fit. Which is a lot in today's fast fashion random sizing world.

The dress is well-made and fits perfectly! Shipping was timely, so I will have the dress for an upcoming concert. Very excited to wear the dress and attend the event in style!

Their products are so cute and unique. The variety of styles allows you to find the perfect look. I buy a lot of dresses from UV and almost all of them have pockets. Sometimes I am not sure what size to buy but I read the info they provide (size guide AND model description) when making my choices. I also recommend reading the reviews to see how sizes works for customers. Everything I've ordered has excellent quality. I've been ordering from UV for years and it remains my favorite store.
Shipping happens quickly. I had one incident where my order was taking forever and was at the warehouse for a long time. I contacted customer service and it turns out the earrings I had ordered were no longer in stock. They asked if I'd like the rest of the order still (one dress) or if I'd like to cancel the whole order. I chose to cancel and the refund came quickly.

I just love the bikini set I have received from Unique vintage store! I managed to pick a true size, which is a rare experience for me buying bikinis from online store. It didn't took long for my order to arrive, the only problem is that I did not receive any tracking code so I had no idea what is going on with my order until my local carrier informed me that it is ready for pick up. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience!

I am always a bit nervous about buying from a new website, but I was truly impressed with the quality of the sweater that I received. Well-made, substantial, and most of all ... beautiful.

I love the cute shirt. The material is soft and comfortable. The size was spot on. I feel like I got good value for my money. Shipping was fine, arrived in a timely manner. And did I mention I just really love my shirt?

I have been a customer of unique vintage for literally decades. I used to go to their retail store in Burbank and was very sad when they closed and went strictly online. I live between California and Texas and I loved shopping at the store but the online experience is actually quite good! Whenever I order an item, I usually get it within 7-9 day, and if there’s a delay, like incoming new stock items, they’re great about emailing me. I have purchased more than a dozen dresses in the last two years and have never had one negative experience. Even if something doesn’t fit, I’m able to return it and get a turnaround exchange within about 2 1/2 weeks. If there’s ever a delay, it is because of USPS and not from their company or team member. Only once did I have to follow up and again, it was a delay from USPS that took 10 days to return an item to them; not UV’s fault. I will always stand by this business, they’ve done right by me for the best part of 20 years and I will continue being a super loyal retail client for them.

I honestly don't know why there are so many 1 star reviews. I have been buying from Unique Vintage since 2009! I got my wedding dress from there! I have never had any issues. Only positive experiences!

Always has cute items and good service. I do miss the brick and mortar store and I hope they will reopen one soon.

LOVE the variety of eras, styles, and designs available! Have ordered almost a hundred products from this company, I absolutely love them! Everything I've bought is vintage-coded, so no fancy formal dresses. Unless you count one with a petticoat (which they also have in a range of colors.)
The prices may seem steep (catch them on a sale day which is pretty often, fill that cart!) but for good reason. The items are size-inclusive, durable, no loose threads or crooked seems like some department stores or fast fashion shops have. Material is comfortable, sweat/water resistant (unsure about their super formal wear.) Importantly, the skirts/dresses have pockets! I work in retail, particularly the cosmetics counter, and getting foundation or lipstick out of clothing isn't easy. Almost all Unique Vintage items can be thrown in the washer (unless otherwise advised on the tag) on gentle/delicate/handwash (I'm over-cautious about the things I buy) and be good as new, which makes wearing and caring for them super easy!
Accessories are well-made, especially the scarves, which pair perfectly as accent pieces with their classic not-so-basics.
All in all 10/10, never had an issue. Shipping is fast (and surprisingly minimal) since I live across the country from company headquarters. Also love that part of my purchase proceeds are donated.

I participate in ballroom dancing and was looking for a swing dress for St. Patrick's Day dance. I purchased a lovely green swing dress. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time (week to 10 days), the material was of a much higher quality than I thought it would be, and I can tell by the weight of the material. It zips up the back with a hook to finish closure at the top. It fit perfectly, complimented my figure, and everyone told me how good it looked on me! I will continue to purchase from Unique Vintage due to affordability, quality, and looks!

I’m not sure why this site has such negative reviews on here, but I’ve been purchasing from UV for years and they never disappoint. From the actual clothes to the customer service, my experience has always been top-notch. Just recently made some purchases and thought I’d make sure folks know UV is still the real deal!

There is not enough good things to say about this company. All of the pieces that I have purchased have been fabulous. Fit perfectly to size and well made. And their shipping time is extremely quick. Nothing is worse than purchasing something and waiting weeks to get it. And that's just not this company. Within just a few days I'm already doing an online fashion show and can't wait to show off every new piece. Their customer service is beyond helpful. Their prices are fairly reasonable and they have amazing sales and they collaborate with some really unique lines. As somebody who wears a lot of 40s 50s and 60s vintage clothing everyday of my life I feel like everyday is a fashion show. And I get stopped all the time asking where I get my clothes from. And I can't wait to refer them to this company. Unique vintage is by far my favorite clothing store.

I love UV! I miss being able to go to the store itself but I am SO grateful that it still exists! This store is such a gem. I truly hope that the store comes back in day! XO

Ordered a dress on 2/28 and paid express shipping - they showed guaranteed delivery of 3/10. Today is 3/9, and their ai chat bot says my order does not exist. And no one answers the phone. Is this a scam??????
