Lindsey Arnold completed a Deed Poll change of name for me with ultra efficiency and the entire process took less than three working days. Ms Arnold answered all my questions about the process and its ramifications knowledgeably and explained the entire process step by step .

I called and spoke to a guy about my concerns over a recurring debt, threatening letters and fear of the debt collectors coming to my home next week… this supposed professional started laughing after I explained my predicament!
I was furious with him and told him so… I called for some “so called” free professional advice which is apparently not free altho the advert that appears to give the impression that Coles gives some free advice and he just started laughing at me! I was reduced to tears and
no he didn’t give me any advice, he just wanted to tell me how much per hour it would cost me!!!
I Will not be recommending Coles Miller to anyone!

At the funeral of an in-law we spoke with Ruth Elkins saying that we needed to update our wills. She kindly put us in contact with Antonia Roberts. Antonia took my Wife and I through the will and Lasting Power of Attorney process so knowledgably yet calmly and extremely efficiently. She gave freely of her time not rushing us but ensuring we fully understood everything by not using technical terms but with easy to understand language.
