Enormous thank you 😊

I am disabled & very often phone June or Katie from the Pemberton branch, for advice & help. I started using cloudstix when I stopped smoking 3 years ago & wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
I contacted the shop initially to ask what mg I would require & what would be the most effective starter kit. The ladies have a wealth of knowledge, they NEVER make me feel like I am taking up their time. They know me by voice now & know who collects my items, they make me feel, like I am their only customer & to me that is invaluable.
My ecig has recently stopped working & the one I have always used, is no longer available. Katie went through all the pro’s & con’s of alternative’s, with so much patience, allowing me to ask as many questions necessary. The new ecig wasn’t in stock in Pemberton, she contacted others in the area, promising to call me back. As expected she called me back & had arranged for one to be sent to their Pemberton branch.
When I spoke to June & thanked her, she said, ‘we are just doing our job.’ I very much disagree, being disabled, I often feel a burden, never once have June or Katie made me feel this way. They go above & beyond customer service, to give the help & advice needed, especially to someone who is unable to visit the shop personally. It is down to their friendly, yet professional service, that I would never use anywhere else. Thank you June & Katie for all your help over the years, you are both amazing and an asset to the cloudstix team.

poor service

order placed on the 28th Oct with a 4-6 day delivery. contacted them in the 6th Nov to be told it was shipped in the 31st and it was royal mails fault! package arrival (poor cheap packing) on the 8th Nov with the lable showing only shipped on the 5th Nov.
so either Darren Sharples is lying, or his collueges have dropped him in the Sh1t....

Ordered my items a week ago still not…

Ordered my items a week ago still not got it very disappointed went to the shop and was told the item is out of stock so if that is the case why didn’t it mention it on the site very disappointed

Coils a bit to quick to burn out 3 of them lasted only 3 days even at 20 watts won't be buying again

You have not mentioned our service (free shipping) or customer service and in addition you have not emailed us or called us to give us a chance to look at the coil situation.

We are very good but cannot sense when you are not happy with a product, so we rely on you telling us and giving us a chance to put it right.

There are many reasons why your coil could burn out. Your E-liquid, your wattage can be too low as well as too high...

As per your delivery was fast and correct.
Given the problems of k3 aspire batteries i can't seem to see a similar pen type on your site clearly. I don't want a disposal type or one that sends clouds of smoke up. Have you a recommendation of something similar to k3 shock. Pen that parts and batteries are kept in stock.

A great local shop and a great online service

My last online purchase was flawless but there were delays with the one before that, the delay was caused by delays from their suppliers. However, I emailed Cloudstix around midnight and got a reply in about 5 minutes. I was treated very well and even got a telephone explanation and expected delivery date. I have also been to the shop in Chorley a few times and bought liquids and a new E-cig. I have been treated very well there and the shopkeeper was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
