Great company great products and quick efficient service.
The e-liquid was diluted and instead of nicotine shots I received nicotine salt which further dilutes the product lowering the VG to PG ratio.
I went back to my trusted supplier for the exact same e-liquid. My concerns were justified and absolutely nothing to do with the nicotine shots.

Very immoral deceptive entity , stay away
They have responded below , but there is no reply option on trust pilot.. no i did not get full refund ( they intentionally scammed me and knew what they where doing) STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR ASSERT EXTREME CAUTION
They ignored all emails of where are my packages until spontaneously we are sending all at once ...knowingly failing to pay state tax that the vendor is responsible for on any export... while i paid 50usd for multiple shipments
*They ignore until it accumulates
*Say we are sending all at once
*Knowingly don't pay state tax they are responsible for, knowing it would be returned ( despite me insisting refund
* then say high dollar shipping can't be refunded despite the fact , no they never sent items for months , then spontaneous email it's sent all at once
THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WHERE DOING , AND KNEW WHAT THE EXACT OUTCOME WOULD BE

My order got lost in the post and had been discontinued so when I asked for help they couldn't have been nicer. I was send an alternative which arrived the next day (Christmas Eve!).
Had a call from one of the team to tell me product was out of stock and offered alternatives. Great service.
Darren was very Professional, supported me throughout the process, thank you.
Regular customer, service always excellent the only fault is with the Royal Mail they left my package in my safe place but didn’t put the lid back on so I had a wet parcel, luckily no damage to the contents so all good.
Thanks again and happy Christmas to all at Cloudstix will no doubt be using again in the new year.
