A First Class service from a First Class Customer Service Department
I bought a product that failed.
The replacement product failed the same way.
By way of an apology I was sent a more expensive replacement made by a different manufacturer.
I am now more than pleased with the replacement product!

Quick delivery and super helpful customer service. I emailed to ask when an item would be back in stock. Received a response from Cheryl who advised they were back in stock so I could place an order. Placed my order and received the items in really good time. I've had to send a couple of them back as they don't fit but again Cheryl was super helpful and the returns process was easy. Brilliant company for there kink stuff and customer service
I ordered a harness and it arrived with a defective button which was a shame but I contacted them and they arranged a quick and easy repair. I took it to the London Soho location because I was in the area then it came back to me in the post. They're customer service is very friendly and trustworthy, definitely recommend this company.

First time visit to this store (any store of this nature) and I can honestly say without Cris’ help I would have been totally lost. There is a huge variety of clothing & gear, toys available and I was a bit lost as to what I was after. Cris really went out of his way to help me get sorted with some outfits for an event I was going to that night, and I felt absolutely great in it and got many compliments on it.
