Purchase was sent with security tag on
Purchase was sent with security tag still on it so it couldn't be used. I emailed to request a return label but got no reply. Had to make a 34 mile round trip to the closest shop so they could sort it.
Not the first time the mail order team have got it wrong; I was sent the wrong size on a previous order.

The product was not for me it was a unwanted gift so I returned it back to Clonezone and they refunded me thay are a good fair company which I only use

Was nervous about going into the store in soho, as never been in a sex toy shop before. But omg I had nothing to worry about, the shop is so cool and relaxed.
