First time visit to this store (any store of this nature) and I can honestly say without Cris’ help I would have been totally lost. There is a huge variety of clothing & gear, toys available and I was a bit lost as to what I was after. Cris really went out of his way to help me get sorted with some outfits for an event I was going to that night, and I felt absolutely great in it and got many compliments on it. Thank you Cz Manchester and especially Cris! I will certainly be back

Excellent Customer Service That Went the Extra Mile
Had a small issue while trying to place an online order during a promotional sale, but Cheryl in customer service was just brilliant! She helped me through step by step, got me my order despite one of the items having gone out of stock, and checked they still applied the promotional price reduction. It is a treat to be able to have this sort of devoted and cheerful service—the way everything was sorted out so efficiently really impressed me. Massive thanks to Cheryl and staff! Fantastic service, great products.
The customer service is just absolutely amazing. I bought a muzzle in Manchester in May, when I got it home I realised I bought the wrong colour. I emailed and asked if I could exchange the muzzle next time I was in London. Email exchange was very friendly and helpful and agreed I could exchange the muzzle when I'm in London. When I finally got to London, the team in Soho was amazing, very friendly and helpful. No issues to exchange my muzzle.
