Cinch storage in Seaford were amazing. Harry and Martin are so helpful and friendly. The units are easy to access, clean and very good prices. I took an extra one so I could buy more things rather than miss out. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need storage

Both Craig and Francesca have been fantastic. I initially spoke to Craig on the phone and he was really friendly and helpful plus provided information via email. Then I popped in to view some units and Francesca was really helpful and super friendly. Their service from beginning to end has been excellent and their prices are really competitive. I moved into my storage unit today and it seemed to be a busy day but Francesca still provided excellent customer service and explained everything clearly. I am very happy with everything. I would highly recommend using if you need storage. Thanks to both Craig and Francesca they have been great.

Craig was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of securing the right unit for me, all of the team have been super helpful from the start and it’s always nice to see the team with a smile on their faces, such a nice atmosphere

I am moving from West Sussex to East Sussex and a Seafordian friend Kate recommended your storage units in Seaford. I am a retired primary school teacher and have been living in a farm cottage for over 20 years and I recently decided to move to the Seaford area which I am familiar with. I chose Cinch storage because they could offer me a large storage space to place many boxes and belongings. I am pleased with the service they provide and also they provided the name of a man who provides household clearance/ removals. At the point of writing this review I am anticipating a new address to move into next month.

Customer service at the Sittingbourne branch is literally some of the best customer service you’ll find in any industry!
From the response to my initial enquiry through the website, through to the highly hospitable nature of the staff on site, I could not fault this facility. It’s great! Very impressed. I’ve used a lot of other self storage facilities - Cinch at this branch has beaten them hands down.
