My order sat and sat with no updates until I called a couple of weeks later to inquire. I was told one of the items in my order (already paid for in full) was not in stock (although the website continues to show that item in stock and available) and they didn't know whether to ship my order or not. That's unacceptable. I told them to ship, which they did, but they sent the wrong item and will now not respond to emails asking for an exchange or refund.

Not sure just how legit this business is.

Be very careful ordering from Chromeburner! Ordered a helmet and received a tracking number about 6 weeks ago, and they charged my credit card. Now tracking order is invalid and they aren’t responding to emails!!

They had the best price on the boots I wanted. I ordered on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon my new boots were on my feet and I was riding on the West Coast USA. I inquired about size and was contacted in a few hours with the correct recommendation. Communication was excellent. I’ll buy from Chromeburner again.

My first order with ChromeBurner, Dainese Delta 3 leather pants from Canada Ontario. I am impressed with fast shipping (5 days) having the lowest price possible and sent exact product as advertised. I paid only Canadian HST, no import duty. Excellent communication as soon as I ordered. They sent me all the FEDEX tracking details and sent me updates on my order transit status. I have never experienced a customer service like this anywhere. I am planning to order some more Dainese gear from them soon.

Ordered a jacket from this site, paid £130, they sent order confirmation and nothing else. I have tried, with no success, to contact them, there phone number is constantly engaged, they do not reply to any form contact. This is a rip off site, please do not waste you money!

On June 29, 2023 I placed an order for 2 pcs Roof BOXXER helmet UNI MATT BLACK MODULAR HELMET Size XL at website chromeburner, with Order#2000145715 & AWB#780515278234 (FedEx).

On July 22, 2023 I received my parcel. After I opened and checked the package, it turned out that Chromeburner did not attach any of COMMERCIAL INVOICE, PACKING LIST & CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN.

How mightbe shipping company (FedEx red) could make a certain Airway Bill hence my package can pass from origin country without those prerequisite export documents above?

At the end, suspectedly, due to this unprofessional coalition, I was charged 220%-235%, by Indonesia customs for duties & taxes, than I should have paid.

How many customers have had been victims all this time of what I went through but they didn't know what to do?

This really hurts my heart!

We had ordered a jacket for my Wife previously & had been impressed with the service from ChromeBurner so didn't hesitate ordering a helmet for me.
Unfortunately FedEx are chasing me for VAT & their fee despite no end of emails backwards and forwards.
ChromeBurner's customer service replied once to an email from me & just told me to tell FedEx they were making a mistake, which I'd already done.
I've seen one other review where ChromeBurner offered to contact FedEx to get the charge reversed but I've had no response to the last two emails to ChromeBurner's customer service so can't say I'm impressed this time.
Helmet was a Nexx X Viliby & order number was 12000120304.
Not sure if FedEx customer service is AI or human but either way it's like talking to a brick wall, they have admitted it's in error but their solution is that I pay it & reclaim on my VAT return.
I keep telling them that I'm just a private individual & not a trader.
I have previously had to reclaim off HMRC for a parcel delivered by Parcelforce & you don't get the couriers fee back.
