Delivery was prompt

Delivery was prompt, but the delivery service charged me an extra $100+ for their service which was meant to be free delivery.
Follow up questions didn't get a proper answer.

Good luck with customer service in United States

Ordered some motorcycle riding pants, they've been sold out everywhere for months in my size but I found them here. I ordered what I thought were 30x30 pants, I emailed support with my order number asking if that was the size I ordered, and to cancel the order of they are not 30x30. They responded as if there was a huge mis-translation or it's an automatic response, they say "unfortunately we do not know when this product will be back in stock. We have no say in this and cannot see when it will be back in stock" ah okay, no help there. I receive the pants in decent time and they're 30x34, much too long for my small legs, but I can just roll them up for now and get them altered soon very easily. The included knee pads were from two different brands, with one being significantly softer and the other with literal holes burned into it from some kind of corrosive liquid that seems to have dropped or splashed on it. The whole experience was not that bad, but enough to make me avoid shopping with them again

Fast shipping to the USA!!

Was a little hesitant ordering over seas, read reviews and went for it. Bought a set of sidi crossfire boots for a great price shipped FedEx and got here in 2 days!! I can’t even get Amazon to where I am in 2 days most of the time!
Great price great product and fast shipping! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!

Brilliant (as usual)

Brilliant, as usual. I get better delivery from Chromeburner across the Atlantic than I do from local North American suppliers. In some cases the shipping is even less!

Excellent Experience

Excellent communication, better than some stateside shippers. I was worried as I had never ordered anything from the Netherlands.

Sizing was perfect. The REV'IT Tornado 3 pants were perfect.

Price was excellent and even with the shipping charges saved me about $50.

I will order from them again.

Great until you have a problem...

Great pricing and quick delivery. You are warned about importing charges to the UK which WILL be implemented as Fedex pay them on your behalf -then add their £12 on top!
I had an issue with one of my items and emailed customer services on a Monday - no response, so used their website contact form the following day (Tuesday) to initiate a return/refund on that item and still no response - until today (friday). They say it was an automated 'apology' email but it definitely isn't based on it's contents.
I won't be using again that's for sure (my 3 orders were over £700)

Edit: Now I've been told that i can't get a refund
"A return with refund is unfortunately not going to be possible now. The supplier and manufacturer, TomTom, says that e are aware of the problem and that means we can send it to them under warranty in the hope that they can fix it. If that is not the case, we have to claim it from the supplier so we can refund you the money."

They seem to forget their own 30 day returns policy...

I ordered a helmet and there was a…

I ordered a helmet and there was a piece missing (Breath guard deflector). E-mailed the Customer Service 3 times over the course of 4 months and everytime I was given the same answer without any further considerations or explanations. Never got contacted about it or was given any updates.

I didn’t recieve my full order

I didn’t recieve my full order. I’ve email customer service multiple times and written on what’s app and no response. Their customer service is terrible. No communication. Don’t know if they will correct their mistake. All I want is what I paid for. Update it’s been 15 days and no response from them
