Easier to talk, understand.

Very easy to place a claim, quick response, and great communication. The service company in my area is good but not very good with communication - though they do their work quickly. I had an issue with my fridge and a part needs to be ordered but the tech did not say what part, what is wrong with it, when it could possibly come in, if it is available, or if we will need to replace it (due to age).

I am giving 2 star just because their support team is good in scheduling visits for any issue, else its Zero.
Other than that there is nothing great , every time technician comes charges 65$ look at the problem submit a claim and believe what claim is denied and they this is not covered. Its 4th time i wasted 65$ for each visit.

I had my patio tap broken, they its outside the house and is not covered.

I had seepage smell in my powder bath, they said it is not covered

The dishwasher water is coming out through aerator, they unblocked the drain pipe and told aerator drain pipe is broken or have a hole which is again not covered.

Every time i gave 65$ and went with local handyman again to fix it.

My friends have also taken the same luckily they got it covered onetime as the issue is Major , the dishwasher motor itself is gone.

I am thinking this choice warranty only provide claims for major issues/ breakdowns. For a home which is 6/7 years old , generally nothing major happens not worth for us , very much disappointed

The two guys were very nice and professional. Haven’t heard from insurance company yet to see if they are going to fix the issue.

Hung up on me three times. Low ball fix approved despite the vendor confirming the cheap fix will cause more issues and will cause additional damage. Call center protocols need to be reviewed

Whenever the technician Jake got here from Artic Air, he got right on the job and determined what the problem was. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was happy with the tips he gave me and how quickly he got me back up and running.

Technician is very professional and polite. I will 10/10. However, schedule for the service took to long. 5/10.

If I could give a zero I would… my fridge died called Friday and they charged me 75 bucks for service fee and no one came out or called..called again was told they call back nothing now its Monday called spoke to a representative they claim they looking into it and will call back…. I definitely would not recommend

Talked me into renewing my home warranty when I called to start a claim. It’s been 4 days and no one has still picked up my claim. They told me I could do a reimbursement option but it all has to be approved first. No company in my area wants to mess with that. Literally had raw sewage in our basement and this home warranty was useless.

Fast, efficient, and professional.

The representative was respectful and knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful price in my opinion.

My experience with Choice Home Warranty has been absolutely terrible. I would strongly warn anyone considering this company to THINK TWICE before signing up.

The biggest issue is the conflicting information. Their representatives tell you one thing about your coverage, while their own technicians tell you something completely different. As a paying customer, you should not have to argue, investigate, and chase down answers just to understand whether something is covered.

In my experience, the lack of transparency, consistency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I have lost all confidence in this company and have serious concerns about the way my policies and claims have been handled.

I am CANCELING ALL of my Choice Home Warranty policies and will take my business elsewhere.

My advice to other homeowners: READ EVERYTHING, document every phone call, save every email, get everything in writing, and do not rely solely on what you are told over the phone.

A home warranty is supposed to provide peace of mind — my experience with Choice Home Warranty has been the complete opposite.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

The call was answered fast. Tech was very good, he didn’t fix the problem. Told me he would send you some information on the air handler.

Purchased a home that provided this warranty. I have used a different company for years. I am finding Choice to be responsive to my requests. The freezer and oven had problems and they sent out someone to evaluate and repair each of them.

They (plumber) scheduled a second appointment. We waited all day for the appointment.... when they didn't come we called and they stated they needed to reschedule. With not questions to us as to our up coming schedule.... not a good feeling !

Unfortunately, no contact from an AC company. Been waiting over two and half days. Not happy.

Excellent customer service. Arrived at time he promised and communicated with me when he would arrived. Fix the issue right away

I have had one of the worst experiences with this home warranty company. My recent claim was denied with an excuse that makes absolutely no sense for a warranty service. They refused to cover a cracked toilet, calling it “not normal wear and tear,” even though the entire point of a home warranty is to help homeowners when unexpected failures happen. The level of neglect toward customer issues is unbelievable.
On top of that, they increased my monthly payment AND the claim copay without notifying me. No email, no letter, no explanation. Just quietly charging more for a service that keeps getting worse. I’m now paying a premium price for bottom‑tier service.
This company has shown zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero interest in actually helping its customers. I’m already searching for another home warranty provider and will not be continuing with them. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
