All worked perfectly
All worked perfectly. Would have just hoped for quicker handling. We have sent the money through right away and sent a payment confirmation. The hotel opened last week so we had to make due without your lamps for a few days. However, they are beautiful!

Contacted Chiara to enquire on international shipping charges for an item that I wanted to order and that I also needed the item urgently. The lady attending to me was very helpful and assisted me quickly. The payment and order process was seamless.
Item was also very well packed with the original box covered with protective materials to ensure that condition remains good during the shipping process.
