I am surprised, I paid £360 for an out fit which I had to return the day after it had arrived. I then ordered a dress immediately as it was the last one and it was stated that it would fit, it was £202 so, in all I have spent £562 and am out of pocket £360.

All my payments went out on the day so, why cant my refund also be paid fast.

They could see I am honourable. I wrote immediately to let them know the second delivery was perfect. Its times like this I wish I had not used the Company.

Excellent quality clothes, so well made, I couldnt fault anything about the company, clothes came in boxes, crease free and delivery was fast, follow up email from them with thanks which made it more personal, I would definitely recommend 😀

Easy to order and delivery arrived as promised. Colour was as stated.
Quality was good but didn’t reflect the price. Having said that I still like the outfit and colour.

Ordering and delivery of the dress was great. The dress itself was as described but I decided to buy something else instead. Where Chesca have lost 'stars' in my opinion is that, though they were quick to take payment, I am still waiting one week on for the refund to come through after they had acknowledged receipt of the return.

The quality of the garment I purchased was exceptional.

I am not happy aboput my returns. The first one I returned at the end of March has still not been refunded although I got an email saying I would get a refund soon a couple of weeks ago. The second return wwas a shirt I tried to return last week and the website would not let me go through the process. I eventually emailed you at the weekend and you sent me a label to return it. Very poor service indeed

Honest description of goods great price in sale

Prompt delivery. The dress is perfect for a wedding in July very comfortable and will be cool on the day.

The dress and wrap were very badly finished, with frayed edges on the neckline wand poor stitching. The hem was wonky and did not look professional. I am a sewist so I prefer to make my garments but needed a special occasion dress for a wedding and thought I would try this company but I will never buy anything from them or any online shop again. I returned it but I am still waiting for my refund of over £500 .

Brilliant styles & quality

I love kimono jackets that are at least 72 cms in length with sleeves that are not too wide and this was perfect for me . I think I could have ordered a size less but I am happy with this one .Loved the fabric and pockets too . Hope Chesca does more like this in different fabrics .Delivery was quick and parcel was well wrapped . All great .Thank you .
