I am very glad to say, I wore the dress I purchased for my granddaughters wedding on the 20th of June. On the strength of that I purchased a couple pieces which I have not yet but, soon.

It was also due to asking questions on size as I couldn’t work it out.

As I know now how good the clothes are I will be happy purchasing other items when the need arrives.

I was very happy with all the items I received in this order.

The cropped trousers were nice but were two sizes smaller than indicated on the size guide. When I used the messaging service to ask the actual measurements of the bigger size I was told they didn't know.
Box was much bigger than needed for the item. The plastic outer cover couldn't be undone neatly. I used half the plastic for the return . What a waste.

My order was delivered very quickly but unfortunately as the dress did not suit me, I needed to return it. The returns process was very simple and once I returned the parcel via the Post Office, my refund was activated very soon afterwards.

Kept me informed about my delivery every step of the way . Delivery was quick and beautifully and carefully boxed and wrapped dress . Quality as expected was very high and as viewed . No need to return the item but it was free return with 2 weeks of receiving my order .

Chesca is my favourite brand and the customer service team is amazing and the service and package are great and perfect delivery service and return and refund is always great and fast.

On enquiring online where I could find a particular item near me in order to try it on, I was promptly informed of a store nearby plus stock availability. This was very welcome information saving me ordering online and the potential of returning items with all the money transactions involved. Very courteous, fast and efficient service. Visited the store recommended and ended up buying a completely different outfit with which I am delighted!

I never order clothes on line and this was the first time I had done this. The process was quite easy and my order came in good time. I was kept informed of when the package would be posted so wasnt worried.
I had also rung and left a message as I needed some information on sizes and my order and I received a call back the next day. Good service and I am pleased with Chesca.

I ordered the wrong size dress, I rang and left a message, someone rang me back and amended my order no issues
