Never use Cheap0 air if you want to get there at a set time. They have changed my flight arrival time 3 times now I do t arrive with my group I am meeting and will have to find a separate ride so not to make every one wait 4 hours for me. This is the second time I have used them and the second time they have changed my flight later. And if I want to pay more money to cancel or change my flight great. Which defeats the purpose of booking in advance for a less expensive flight. Cheap o air you suck. Cheap 0 air says it's not their fault it's the airlines blue sky but it is amazing I book through others and this doesn't happen.

I have been using Cheapoair for almost 10 years and satisfied with their service and pricing. Recent experience with their Rescheduling Department’s agent Mr. Consuelo.
We have a return tickets from Yeg to Bom with Qatar Airways. And our return flights from Doha to Lax got cancelled. Was calling so many times and spoke with so many agents but, non of them was as enthusiastic as Mr. Consuelo who is trying to resolve our problem.
Return flight is not guaranteed yet, but the way he tried his best(insisted his supervisor to call Qatar’s Trades Support Line and explained our situation) to convince airlines to give us confirmed returns flight as early as possible.
Agent like Mr. Consuelo makes clients to believe they won’t give up easily. We appreciate his kindness.

The biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time when purchasing flights is to use this company. Please, please avoid it. I’ve been subjected to nonstop harassment through emails and calls. There have been numerous issues, including flight changes to extremely inconvenient connections and the cancellation of my return flight. My Cohen bouquet is very scary to me, so I strongly advise against using it.

I got ripped off on a bag
I got ripped off on a bag, $79 for a carry-on. When it told me I had four hours to cancel, when I went to cancel the flight, they said it’s not cancelable.

Airline baggage fees and charged by the airline for the type of airfare you purchased and is not controlled by the travel agency regardless of where you purchase the ticket. We have reviewed your booking and see that you attempted to cancel the reservation online, however, tickets issued on Frontier Airlines cannot be cancelled online. If unable to complete the cancellation request, you must call us for assistance. Tickets on Frontier Airlines tickets can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. For tickets cancelled outside the 24-hour window, Frontier charges a $129 cancellation fee per passenger, per direction. The remaining value is issued as a travel credit. If the fee is greater than your ticket value, no credit is kept. We regret your experience did not meet your expectations.
