BASIC ECONOMY fares do not include baggage as shown on your email receipt and is charged by the airline for the type of fare you purchased. Horrible. Won’t use again! My booking schedule keeps getting changed! I keep agreeing to new terms. NEVER get a completed itinerary although I already paid in full! Customer service chat bots are worthless! Human chat waits 10 minutes to say one irrelevant thing, then they disappear! Don’t use! Don’t use! Don’t use! My trip is supposed to be in a few days! I’ll probably have to buy a very expensive walk up fare because how BADLY cheapo air handled my reservation ! If so, I’ll try to put that extra fee back to them for organizational incompetence!!!!
