In further reply to the weak response from the management (?) at Cheapmowers. Your couriers did NOT attempt delivery to my address as cctv clearly proves. Your problem not mine. If you could be bothered to deal with your courier company then you would see that they are at fault.
And where pray is my money? Refund immediately and if you don't like the way your pee'd-off customers speak to you then don't pee them off.

Prompt and efficient service with speedy delivery. When one battery under guarantee failed a replacement was quickly supplied without any fuss.

Outstanding! Particular long pole petrol hedge trimmer that I ordered wasn't immediately in stock. Was offered and accepted an upgrade after they rang me to discuss. This was late p.m. New machine arrived first thing the very next day.
So impressed in fact I have now ordered a new strimmer from them as well.

I have bought 3 garden tools from Cheapmowers.com - a mower, a hedge trimmer and a strimmer. All manufactured by EGO and all use the same battery and charger. The Cheapmowers staff were very knowledgable about the products and gave sound and accurate advice. I had one problem with the lawnmower which was promptly replaced with a new machine without any fuss. I have found Cheapmowers.com to be an excellent company to deal with.

Purchased a Hedge trimmer from them recently by a very reputable manufacturer that I have had good experiences with before. However after about 40 minutes of use it unfortunately developed a fault. Cheapmowers customer service response to the issue however I found to be very good with good communications around the issue. After forwarding photos of the product we were able to establish it was a manufacturing fault and they forwarded me a replacement machine very promptly. All in all I found them to be a very efficient outfit with very competitive prices and good customer care, and I would have no problem recommending them or using them again in the future.

Ordered a ride on mower. Couldn't have been easier. Delivery driver was fantastic, brought the ride on down the drive on a hydraulic pallet carrier and placed it perfectly for me to unwrap etc.
Ride on came fully fitted, with oil and air filter in place and battery charged. Started first time and cut grass on mulch.
Outstanding service from Cheapmower. Highly recommended. A textbook example of good customer care.

I recently purchased a lawnmower, which was delivered in good time. I had a slight issue, my fault not theirs and it was rectified immediately.

Their customer service team is exceptional, friendly and efficient which I have to say is very rare to find these days! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Terrible company I paid almost £7000 last Friday for a brush cutter online,after chasing them to find out when it would be delivered I was told it wasn't in stock until yesterday and that I would then find out when it will be delivered to me,tried messaging this morning, no answer so partner phoned still no delivery date i cannot recommend this company i regret buying from them

AVOID bought a robot lawnmower that would not dock on the charging station. When I phone up they were very rude and said I couldn’t talk to anyone as they were away and didn’t know when the could phone me back. I message them and no one responded. I finally got through to someone that told me I could have the docking charger in the position I wanted it. At no point was I told I couldn’t have it set up the way I wanted it was only told I couldn’t have it near a drop curb or pond. I sent videos and still would dock so I said it must be faulty and would like a refund as I had dug all my garden up putting the wire in different places but still no luck. They just didn’t want to help I said can someone come out to sort it out they said I would have to pay. In the end I had to open a case through pay pal to return the item and get my money back.wouldn’t recommend as the after sales is so bad.

I had investigated Which magazine's best buys for lawn mowers and ordered accordingly, but received an email to contact customer service, spoke with James who told me, the mower ordered was now end of line, he verified our requirement (we have an huge allotment) and advised accordingly. Got a good deal and it was delivered next day! - Can't review product yet as it's still in the box :-)

I need to buy a new Petrol Strimmer / Brushcutter so did a Google search and found Cheapmowers.com There were so many to choose from that I decided to phone them up and ask them the best one they could recommend within my Budget of £300. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful and guided me to the the best one in my budget on their website. I promptly ordered it and it arrived two days later. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Cheapmowers.com to anyone looking for Garden equipment. Happy Days !!

I'm thrilled with the help and support I have received from this company from choosing the correct robotic mower for the size of my garden last year to help with a 'blind spot' getting it round my house to the front lawn as well. I have been dealing with James and find him polite, knowledgeable and most importantly efficient. Good old fashioned customer service at its best..... rare to find these days! Thank you.,

The response to this view has actually just shocked me so much. Our “field” is a small once acre section which the lawn tractor should be able to handle with ease. Even when our field was completely short, the lawn tractor did not work. It only ever went overgrown when we had our lawn tractor being looked at for 3 months. This was NOT arranged my cheap mowers, this was done ourself as they wouldn’t solve it. The belt was also changed as a precaution and we were told by the company we paid to look at it that these lawn tractors are always having engine issues, yet cheap mowers sent this. They also have not had anyone call us yet, they only said they’d get the inspection done AFTER this review. They have also not called us, so who even knows if that’s true or was just to stop us going to small claims court as I said I would. The worst experience I have probably ever had from a customer service team. This review and threat of small claims court was my LAST resort after MULTIPLE ignored emails and us being brushed off since the very first issue we reported, shortly after buying the lawn tractor. It has been CONSTANT issues and they have been awful to deal with. Please do not believe their replies. I will now be adding all evidence to my social media to prove how wrong they are and how much we have tried to get this solved. You are welcome to view these on @themarklandhome as it seems I have no other choice but to do this and also submit all said evidence to small claims court.

Just over a year ago we spent two and a half thousand pounds on a lawn tractor which has broken every single time it has been used. Each time we have had a problem, we have reported the issue and have basically been fobbed off every time. At one point we was without the tractor for 3 months whilst it was being checked over by an external company (as they wouldn’t organise this for us and basically wanted nothing to do with it). We are still having issues and have never once been able to do a full cut of our small 1 acre field which this lawn tractor should have been able to cope with easily without any problems. We have had no response to any of our recent emails and are now having to submit this to small claims court as the lawn tractor was not fit for purpose from day 1 and they basically just dragged this situation out until out of warranty and then stopped replying completely. I would NEVER ever want anyone to buy from here knowing the experience we have had.

I bought a lawn mower about a year ago and am very pleased with it. Love the freedom of a battery run machine!
However, the bigger battery that was supplied with the machine started misbehaving and eventually stopped charging. The company were great when I reported this to them. I was so impressed and pleased with their Customer Care when I received a new battery shortly after I contacted them. Thank you Cheapmowers.

Cheap mowers were cheaper than anywhere online and the buying process very easy and straightforward. Courier arrived as scheduled within 2 working days and the mower itself (Cobra electric 51cm) was perfectly packaged with all parts present and zero damage.

Brilliant service. The mower arrived the day after we ordered it. We had a query about a cover and my email was answered within 10 mins. Similarly we had a query about the blade not turning…..our fault for not reading the instructions fully….. which was answered straight away. We would recommended this firm without reservation.

Really good post sales service. Mower arrived promptly - but damaged wheel in transit - very helpful on the phone and immediately sent a replacement. 6 months on had an issue that needed sorting under warranty and again helpful advice and support.
