I needed a new petrol mower and sought out the Which? Best Buy, but nobody had any stock; Except Cheapmowers.com. Called them up to double check they had one available, and they confirmed they did.

Placed my order online and it arrived in less than 24 hours! I had email updates from their courier and it was delivered to my door step and helped me into the house.

That is total service.

I raised a query before buying, which was answered quickly and courteously out of hours. That was a good sign. The mower was delivered by Fedex first thing today (Monday) after ordering on Friday morning. We bought a Ego Power Plus LM2135ESP to replace a defunct petrol mower and it seems to be working fine. I'm hopeful we'll get similarly attentive service if we have any problems with it.

Purchased a new lawnmower 2 weeks ago, and during the first mow I managed to lose one of the wheel nuts that holds the handle together (obviously not done-up tight enough by myself!). Just couldn't find it anywhere, and so I spoke to Angela and explained the situation, and the next day not one, but two replacements arrived.
Superb, first class customer service.

Ordered a lithium battery and charger online and was informed I would be notified when it shipped. I got no notification so I contacted them and was told the item will be with me by the end of the week. End of the week came and went and still no sign of my order. I don't have the time to constantly chase, next time i'll just go to screwfix or someone else

Ordered a new PushVac, very helpful in finding the right equipment and arrived quickly once it came back into stock. arrived with a part missing but they were able to get the part to us the next following day

battery replaced in the space of 2 weeks

Having purchased an Ego lawnmower just over two years ago, towards the end of the warranty period, I experienced problems with both batteries. I received prompt and attentive attention from Cheapmowers.com and both batteries were immediately replaced. Both replacement batteries appeared also deficient until the company's technical department worked out that my battery charger might be the issue, rather than the batteries.
A replacement charger was promptly supplied under warranty and it has now restored all four of my batteries to the their previous health.
I have rarely experienced such professional, prompt and personable aftercare from a company, making me determined to acknowledge it and record it in print for others. Angela, as representative of the company was truly outstanding. Thank you.

The Mountfield SP63 bought from Cheapmowers is a quality machine, competitively priced and well supported by the dealer. The mower is robust, easy starting, has a wide cut and comes with an efficient mulching unit.

Bought a Wewbvac self propelled walk behind leaf vacuum and several accessories. Not only was it significantly cheaper than Screwfix it was delivered within a couple of days. Had a minor problem with one of the accessories, but this was resolved immediately and very politely. Cannot fault the customer service and would have no hesitation ordering from CheapMowers again.

I ordered a Webb walk behind garden vacuum which was delivered by the UK distributor on a pallet by an excellent courier company. Unfortunately there were a couple of manufacturing issues, but this was sorted out easily by a very helpful member of staff at Cheapmowers. A replacement was sent, again with next-day delivery. Very happy with the service, and the cheapest online supplier I could find for this machine.

I ordered a jet wash on line , but it was out of stock at the time but I was not surprised at all because of the price of it , anyway they said they would keep in touch and let me know when they would be receiving some more in , in which they did , the service of them was probably the best I have received from buying anything of line before, delivery was very quick once they got the product in , would I buy from theses again 100% I would absolutely outstanding service and the product I bought is fantastic well worth the money ..

Ordered a Cobra ride on mower from cheap mowers and they were the cheapest for this brand of tractor.
The price also included some extras. Ordering was simple, the delivery was slightly longer than stated on the website but this was because cheap lawnmowers assemble the tractor so that it is ready to go straight off the pallet. It just needed petrol, phone calls were answered promptly and when we had a bit of a problem starting the tractor we rang the shop and were given clear advise on what the problem was (tractor grass collector not on fully in our case) the tractor itself is fantastic, it mulches and picks the grass up, my mother has decided to give it a go and is really enjoying using it, we bought the tipping trailer at an offer price and so glad we did, it’s sturdy and easy to use and makes easy work of clearing debris off the land. All in all the Cobra LT102HRL is a nifty little machine, it’s fast, does a great cut and mulches too, even picks up all the leaves on the driveway. Thank you cheap mowers for a great little machine and great service😀
