Arrived 4 days late. Fed Ex wouldn’t leave even though no signature required. Missed 3 days of great recovery weather as couldn’t scarify on Monday. Furious.

Greenworks Garden Tools
Never heard of Green Reaper before and did some research prior to purchasing. I found the website easy to use and locate the hedge trimmer I wanted. Delivered as stated with everything present and correct. Will have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again. The product was priced well and have already used it once with good results for my garden.

We purchased a Sunseeker Robotic…
We purchased a Sunseeker Robotic Lawnmower in September 25, which is still under warranty. They are not prepared to honour there warranty terms, directing us to the distributor. There after sales service is appalling. Don’t buy from this company
You told us that you don’t have a tech support team and contact the distributor. We did, they tried to resolve this with you and you haven’t replied to them. I’ve no idea why your saying we didn’t reply to your support ticket. This is a poxy response.
