Asking for Review before trip started???
CheapAir asking months before the trip started, how did they do. Well according to my last trip from Arizona to Wisconsin on which i booked with CheapAir on Frontier, they did not give a damn that i could not check in online, and that Frontier has no damn kiosk panel for check-in just bags self check-in. On other trips i did some stuff wrong myself, but just to wave it away like they are not responsible to provide the customer a clear way to check-in quickly and print their boarding pass 24 hours before the flight is silly.
Luckely Milwaukee airport had free WiFi and the stupid CHATBOT of Frontier after questioning multiple ways how to check in, checked me in...
I am using cheapair, because at least their booking is fast and i can use cryptocurrencies. But they dont even provide a damn hotline...

To check-in for your flight, we include a "Check-In" link on your Trip Confirmation email which allows you to check-in with the airline's website. If you are unable to check on the airline's website, you would have to contact the airline. We do not print boarding passes, that is the airline's responsibility and they will allow you to print a boarding pass upon checking in for your flight. You can only check-in for your flight 24 hours prior to your flight's departure time. Unfortunately not all airlines provide an equal level of service. Frontier Airlines is an ultra low-cost carrier, so they specialize in keeping the costs low, but will require you to pay for services you may be used to expecting if flying with another legacy airline, like American Airlines or British Airways.
We understand your concern not being able to phone our Travel Advisors. We have temporarily removed our phone number, which was not an easy decision for us. We do plan to bring back our customer phone support, but at this time if you have any questions or need any assistance you can email us at help@cheapair.com. If you put "Urgent" in the subject, that will allow us to expedite your request.

The first reservation I made didn’t…
The first reservation I made didn’t give me enough time to connect to another flight. I did not notice this. The next day I received an email from Cheap Air that the reservation I made only gave me 35 minutes to make my connection & to contact them to cancel and make new reservation. I was very grateful they caught this immediately!
New reservation mad with plenty of time. Thank you Cheap Air!
