Fast and easy. I found the best flight for our needs very quickly on the airline we preferred and booked them within minutes. This was the first time I booked with this third party booking agency and found it easy to navigate through the site.

I wanted to use my flight credit but could not get a response in sufficient time. I had to purchase for full price and the credit will expire soon. There should be a phone number available for urgent situations such as this.

We understand that you are not happy about Spirit Airline's policy with regards to cancelling flights. Spirit Airlines fares are so low and have a lot of restrictions that you either "use it or lose it."
It does look like the American Airlines ticket was refunded. CheapAir does not create these rules. We must abide by the airline's policy and in your reservation it appears one airline allowed you to get your money back and the other did not.
