really bad service
I ordered christmas cards and even though the quality is fine, I am absolutely unhappy with the service. The cards arrived really late and when I sent an email asking for an update, the customer service did not even bother to reply.

Very good tool for photo albums & rework of pictures
Great software, lots of functions and versatility. User friendly.
Very good quality and output. What you create is what you get.
Only once an issue with first few pages not properly "glued" in an album. But CST support was good and allowed me to reprint one. Good service.
Would have liked the website in English and deliveries outside of NL and BE.
(I live abroad).

System works well. Good contact with photo shop for paying and pickup.
However, real difficulty in attaching copy to the sine of the boook, difficulty in choosing font size.
Also have difficulty with making changes on pages that are a few back from the lastone.
In my first book some copy was missing for the cover , probably because it was added later.
room for improvement in the program.

Practical, fast and well done
It has been the third album I have made via Cewe Fotoboek and I am really glad!!
The option they suggest you to take if you don´t want to do the album all by yourself is very practical and suggest you a really nice layout! and they send you the album in a really careful way! well packed!
The customer service is really friendly and helpfull!
I recommand this website strongly!

Very good end result. The Software could be improved
The end result of the three albums I ordered was great. Good quality paper, nice colours and well packaged.
However, the software to create the albums should be improved....not very intuitive and it is not easy to undo things without starting from the beginning. The types of albums should be better described (with regard to their differences).

High quality printing
Van alle fotoalbums die ik heb afgedrukt en ontworpen in het verleden, kon ik gerust zeggen CEWE Fotoboek is de beste van alle.
De afdruk is van hoge kwaliteit en redelijke prijs. Je zult echt krijgt wat u ziet op uw computerscherm zonder foto kalibratie.
Ik raad het product en voor de waarde van uw worden aangeboden Ik denk dat de kwaliteit perfect is.
Ik wilde 4,5 sterren selecteren, maar er was geen optie. Een halve ster naar beneden op de aanwezigheid van ruimte voor verbetering. Misschien een optie om het herschikken van foto's automatisch opnieuw (op een pagina in het boek) om meer ideeën over wat de pagina kan zien met verschillende automatische voorzieningen te geven.
Out of all photo albums i have printed and designed in the past, I could say confidently CEWE FOTOBOEK is the best out of all.
The printing is of high quality and reasonable price. You will actually get what you see on your computer screen without photo calibration.
I highly recommend the product and for the value your are being offered I think the quality is perfect.
I wanted to select 4.5 stars but there was no such option. Half a star down for the presence of room of improvement. Perhaps an option of rearranging pictures again automatically (on one page in the book) to give more ideas of what the page can look like with different automatic arrangements.
