I have looked at many different services for album making and I find this the best!! You have multiple options in all areas. You have clear instructions for how to improve our choices. I especially like the options with the different picture frames. Your prices are reasonable and your delivery is excellent.

I was really surprised to see how fast you delivered my photo album exactly on the 24th of Dec Christmas day as I was not expecting it even though it was a present and I was so so happy to get it on time! Quality also great as usual!

End product looks nice but software and online issues
The photobook is fine, but 2 issues:
1. I should have gotten both of them in the gift boxes as that was the action, i was even assured by chat service person that id get them in the box and wouldnt need to order special or something. That was incorrect I got neither in a box and they are both gifts.
2. Once it’s dubmitted you cannot recall and then reopen to edit. Even if its to fix a simple spelling mistake on the outside binder (stupidly I missed spelled “Netherlands”!) but even the service people themselves can’t make an adjustment before printing. Was told by service chat “i always have some mistake, if you want to fix you have to re make it” so their gift will be sent, not in a nice box, just sent and with a spell mistake as spending an extra €70+ isnt gonna happen.

Any online made books are indeed not able to edit after the order is placed. We always recommend to use the offline software, because this way the photobook is a file that you can edit on your own computer instead of an online uploaded file.
To prevent any discussions about how an order is submitted, we can not make changes to orders. But we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, If an order is not as you expected, then you can always return this to our office, and we make sure you'll receive a full refund.

Photos are approximately cropped. Rapid service, flexibility in the size (length vs. standardized width) of photos (up to a limit, that is, of course). ► BUT all photos are cropped quite approximately : up to 2 mm are cut-off.

Very nice tools and results
I was an active user of Photos from Apple and I was happy to find this new tools. Since last update of Apple i canot produce any new album without upgrading my OS machine. Album I received looked nice and I would need to spend time understanding how to use the tools more in depth. So far so good. Delivery was a bit late but chatting options gave me right and accurate explanations. Well done
