I ordered several pairs of designer shoes. Some of the shoes did not fit and needed to be returned. I was shocked at the high restocking and return fees. They basically charge you 20% to return item... See more

Discount Code
I inadvertently clicked on purchase before entering the discount code. I immediately contacted you and you refused to allow the still current discount code to be applied to my purchase. I have purchased from you a number of times previously. Your customer service in this matter was very disappointing and such a different experience to the more reputable sites.
Usually it’s great
Usually it’s great. My purchase has just come and I am missing an item. Very disappointing. Do we not receive invoicing any more with the products?
Poor returns policy and customer service
Their returns system is terrible compared to other fashion apps, such as Farfetch. I had an issue with a Paul & Shark T-shirt because the fit was completely different from the description. It was listed as a slim fit, but it was actually oversized. They only refund you a percentage of the product’s price, usually around 30–40%. On top of that, their customer service takes 3–5 business days to respond, and they don’t give you any options when it comes to your refund.
Fast and safe delivery.

The worst company to ever buy from…
The worst company to ever buy from their customer service does not help at all the only option. Their customer service offers is returns no matter if the mistake is on their fault or your fault you are never served as a customer. Their customer service should just be a return system this site is horrible
Great options at very discounted prices
This is real deal.
I was a little skeptical because I’ve never heard of this company. I did a little checking through ChatGPT and they said it looked legitimate. Bought the item for my wife. It arrived within a week from the Netherlands, which I thought was pretty amazing. Will definitely use them again when shopping for high-end women’s products.
I genuinely could not believe the total…
I genuinely could not believe the total sum of the return processing fee! $120 loss to try on a pair of shoes? Never will purchase from Cettire again.
Perhaps be more explicit & pronounced about this possibility in the Payment portion of purchasing.

Be careful—while they set return deadlines for consumers, this company has no qualms about breaking those deadlines itself.
What kind of work are they doing that they charge a €25 return fee?

KATASTROPHE pur!!!
Zuerst hatte ich einen LouBoutin Schuh für 700€ in 44 bestellt. Angekommen. Anprobiert. Zu klein. In den Karton zurückgelegt und am selben Abend sofort denselben Schuh in 45 bestellt.
Soweit so gut.
Hier meine original Beschwerde:
Dear Mindy,
I formally dispute Cettire’s rejection of my return.
I have carefully reviewed the two photographs you provided. They do not establish that I wore or used the shoes beyond what was necessary to try them on and determine whether they fitted.
The facts are straightforward and can be confirmed by four witnesses who were present when I opened and tried on the shoes.
The size 44 shoes were considerably too small for me. They were so tight that normal walking in them was simply not possible. I tried them on solely to establish the fit and immediately removed and repacked them after determining that the size was unsuitable.
I did not wear these shoes outside or otherwise use them.
There is also an important objective fact supporting this account: I immediately purchased the same Christian Louboutin model from Cettire in the next larger size. I therefore had no conceivable reason to use the size 44 pair and subsequently attempt to return it.
Furthermore, the replacement pair itself arrived with damage in two places. Cettire acknowledged this and offered me a 10% discount to keep that pair, which I accepted. (E-Mail attached)
Your photographs do not alter these facts. In particular, the highly sensitive red leather sole visible in your photographs does not show wear consistent with the shoes having been ordinarily worn. The marks shown on part of the heel do not establish when or how they arose.
More importantly, your statement that the return can simply be rejected because the item was allegedly “not returned in the same condition as shipped” does not, in itself, address my statutory right of withdrawal.
Under Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer is liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The Directive expressly recognises the consumer’s right to inspect goods in a manner comparable to what would be permitted in a retail store.
I exercised precisely such an examination: I tried the shoes on to determine whether they fitted.
Even where a trader alleges handling beyond what was necessary, this does not automatically eliminate the statutory right of withdrawal. Any alleged diminished value would have to be specifically established and justified.
I therefore do not accept Cettire’s unilateral rejection of the return or its decision to send the disputed goods back to me.
I request that Cettire:
confirm the refund of the full purchase price;
provide, if you maintain your allegation, a precise description of each alleged sign of use and the basis on which you conclude that it was caused by me;
provide any photographs or inspection records showing the condition of this specific pair before it was originally dispatched to me, if such documentation exists; and
explain the legal basis on which Cettire considers itself entitled to completely deny my statutory withdrawal rather than, where legally justified, establish a specific diminished value.
As Cettire has already reshipped the disputed shoes to me without my agreement, I will preserve them in their received condition as evidence. Their receipt by me must not be interpreted as acceptance of Cettire’s rejection of my withdrawal.
Please treat this email as a formal dispute and final request for resolution.
Unless I receive confirmation of the refund within 7 calendar days, I will pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and payment dispute channels and reserve all further rights.
I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally with Cettire.
Kind regards
