The site is charging me a refund fee of $75 on a $450 purchase - That is robbery!
There is NO communication of that when I made this purchase - they are THIEVES.

What went wrong this time…
What went wrong this time…? Well, let me tell you… I was shipped defective merchandise and STILL charged return and restocking fees. Customer service is almost nonexistent and no resolution other than disputing with your credit card company. Yes, the prices are good but buyer beware you make it ripped off.
