A Company that goes Above and Beyond
Found the website easy to use and the delivery was as stated, on time and packaged really well. For me they went above and beyond as I purchased a pair of speakers for the garden, one active and one passive. The two speakers are connected by speaker wire and the one provided was not long enough for my installation (my mistake as I did not realise the length of the speaker wire). I contacted them and without any fuss or issue they posted me a longer length of speaker wire FOC.
I will definitely use this company again and would recommend to everyone looking for audio equipment. Well deserved 5 stars. Thank you

This was my first purchase from ceiling-speakers and I would not hesitate to use them again. I ordered a pair of wharfedale ceiling speakers and they arrived within a couple days, free delivery. The whole process was very easy, and a payment option of pay-pal even easier. The speakers are excellent too, great sound.

hi Beret, and many thank for taking time to leave us a review, it is vey much appreciated. With reference to the speaker size though, on our website we have the full specifications of each and every speaker ,cut out size, depth, overall size, Driver size etc, and the speakers you ordered were exactly the model we sent as that ordered, so we are a little surprised about the feedback on these not meeting your size expectations. For the courier delay, your order was placed later in the day so it had missed our 12.30pm cut off for next working day delivery, again this is very clear on our website so the parcel did not leave until the following day on DPD, who would have emailed and text and informed on the parcel tracking for you to be able to receive, also 99% of DPD parcels do arrive the following day but on odd occasions things like motorway accidents. closures might delay a parcel for a day and these things are entirely out of our hands, but with reference to your order The Specialist Audio Company had done everything and fulfilled everything as per the website information. We are sorry this somehow did not meet you expectations but on this occasion i am not sure what we could of done any better, so apologies on that. We wish you very good luck with your project and install.
