Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 175 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people reported extreme difficulty contacting the company, as there is often no working phone number or email address, and their website contact forms frequently redirect to payment portals. Customers also faced significant challenges with the appeal process, finding that their appeals were denied without clear reasons or that the timeframe for appealing had already passed upon receiving the initial notice. This often led to fines increasing rapidly, with many receiving demands for higher amounts after initial reductions or no communication. Furthermore, many customers reported receiving parking charges for locations they never visited or for situations where they had legitimate reasons to park, often with incorrect photographic evidence. Some people also mentioned receiving letters with strong demands, including demands for court action, even after attempting to resolve the issues or providing proof of payment.

Daylight robbery

Parked in domino’s pizza car park nuthall road Nottingham to buy a domino’s pizza went over the allotted 15 mins waiting for the pizza to be cooked.
Can’t appeal as appeal process doesn’t work.

DO NOT GO TO DOMINO’S IN YOUR CAR YOU WILL BE FINED.

How many times has pizza been made and cooked in 15 mins.

Domino’s should be ashamed of themselves.

Making me ill

So frustrating! Received a PCN stating I parked in their car park but I didn't enter and simply turned around in the road after dropping my son off. Returned 2.5 hours later and did the same. Entry and exit photos both show the front of my car (I didn't even go through the gates!). Went through to appeal however have received no confirmation of this via email. No telephone number or email address for me to contact. Can't complain as their complaints form online doesn't work either. Won't submit as keep getting an error!! Tried to appeal again as still within timeframe however it's now telling me I can't as I "have passed the threshold to be able to appeal this". Online states that I can check status of my appeal online however every time I log into portal, there's no record of my appeal/ It's making me ill trying to sort this. Any advice appreciated

Disturbing company

Disturbing company. I parked and entered my number plate on arrival as asked to, and as I have done many times to find a fine some weeks later suggesting I did not insert my number plate. Appealed and lost. Now got a CCJ they are horrendous. No contact number for company no way of contacting them at all! If anyone can help please do as a mum to three little ones this is a lot of money.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I have been given a parking fine for being in their car park for 25 minutes on which day their payment machine was not working, they clearly will know that their machine was not working that day as there will be other customers using that car park that day who also could not pay to park (and I’m sure they have been sent fines also).
Absolutely disgusting, as even if I appeal it, most cases the appeal is rejected then I will be left having to pay a £100 fine instead of a £60 fine for paying within 14 days… MY ADVISE AVOID THESE CAR PARKS AT ALL COSTS!!! I’ll even park 3 streets away from now on and just walk further… as I am already currently struggling financially as I am on benefits… this will set me back for the next 3+ months now… so yeah I hope you scum bags can sleep at night!!! JUST DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

Thieves

I was sat in my car waiting for and having an emergency phone call. The car park I was in was not being used as the restaurant wasn’t open at the time. I was there for 15 minutes and charged £60 for doing so. What an absolute joke. Waste of my money for no reason other than to pay a useless company of thieves.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute crooks. No way to contact them outside of the appeal process. Phone dead, no email or contact form.

They are supposed to be accredited by the BPA, but how is it fair that they have no way of contacting them.

The only way to find any contact was to scour the internet for email addresses and the only one that answered back was their data protection one.

Anyhow fine paid after months of trying to communicate with them.

Absolute scammers.

no way to contact them

My wife attended a doctors appointment. She received a fine. She contested it. They never confirmed anything and then escalated the fine. My wife is currently having a bipolar manic episode. I wanted to call them to arrange paying the original fine, they say the appeal period is over, have no listed phone numbers and no email contact. A terrible company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Parked somewhere, paid, and still got a ticket. Appealed, then got letter saying we owe even more and there's no way to contact or anything. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Creative Car Park PCN (16/02/2026)

Creative Car Park PCN (16/02/2026), Civil Enforcement Limited, Liverpool. Son's meeting with Work Redbridge (Institute of A. Ed). I was with my other son and he was experiencing autistic inertia, we had to stay in the car to protect him from meltdowns, sensory overload and very emotional situations. Appeal refused.

Absolutely vile company

Absolutely dire company, threatening, bullying my mother for not entering a licence number in a free car park! They no longer manage it, didn’t send the fine out for months after contract was ended. Now threatening court miles away so not able to attend easily. The stress this is causing is awful. Companies like these cause people to take lives from the bullying tactics. Should be shut down and fined! No way to contact them and say they have not received response despite us having proof postage! Don’t know what to do next ahhhhh

Going to court today, Not happy.

Going to court today for parking at my own place of work in a marked parking space for employees. For some reason CE decided that I shouldn't be there and fined me. Despite all the evidence that I had a total right to park there, they now say that they have to recover their costs for pursuing me. This shouldn't be allowed to get to court, just a money-making machine relying on bullying, harassment and intimidation. ...... Just got back - they didn't bother to turn up and the judge awarded me generous expenses, to be paid by CE. Don't be scared of going to court.

Don’t pay these crooks

If you receive a parking charge from this company in Scotland, just ignore it. The fine is for the registered keeper, not the driver. You might get a few threatening letters but they can’t touch you without proving you were the actual driver. If it was a local authority car park, you can’t ignore it, but this is a private company so ignore.

Check for signage, inside and out of premises.

No clear signage concerning parking regulations, hence I parked there more than once to take elderly relative to coffee shop.
Paying restricted to internet only, NO PHONE contact to verify details or make payment.
Website payment showed Error after payment had been made and had to search out through bank that payment had gone through. Finally found a receipt but could easily have thought payment had not gone through.
A very bad reflection on the companies that use your service, I will not use that coffee shop again.

I received a ticket for an offense that happened in December 24, 2025. The ticket only arrived in April 2026. I can’t appeal it. They have no working email or phone Just a rip off company. I wonder why they are still allowed to work their website is full of bugs. Everything points towards you’re needing to pay and nothing else.

No way to contact them by email or phone. Very buggy payment process - one card kept failing and when I paid with another, the site ended up with an error message and no way to confirm if the payment actually was registered even though it was debited from my account.

I received the fine outside of the 14 day period. I was a customer of the car park, and this lot still decided to fine me. Any hope of trying to appeal or explain that the fine was received outside the 14 days and I was a customer of the car park, there’s no point. They’ve written so much legislation within the website, you’ll be there for hours trying to fight your way through. It’s a company designed to cause maximum penalty, with the most amount of effort to try and appeal. They’ve effectively robbed us of £100, let’s not give them our most valued asset, ‘time’ as well. I pray they they’ll reap what they’ve sown, a hundred fold.
