From the moment we walked into the…
From the moment we walked into the Sales office, Rhianna was polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Needless to say, we put a reservation deposit down within the week. At the appointment, she went through everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. She was on her own in the office on this particular day, but wasn't phased by the constant flow of potential buyers walking into the office, whilst trying to go through all the details with us.

A friendly and helpful team
The show homes at Rydal View were beautifully presented and we were impressed with the quality of building and finish. Fiona was very helpful and informative and understanding of our (very particular!) requirements. Lindsay who met us for our site visit at Swn y Mor couldn’t do enough to make sure all our questions were answered.

Warm, welcoming and helpful experience at Castle Green Homes
My partner, myself and our 8 month old had a great experience with Carol and Heather from Castle Green Homes when we went to view the show homes in Wrexham.
From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful without any pressure. The overall experience was excellent – the show homes were absolutely lovely, beautifully presented, and really helped us get a feel for the quality and layout of the houses.
While we’re not in a position to buy right now, it was so useful to see the homes in person and talk things through. We left feeling very positive and would highly recommend Carol and Heather to anyone considering Castle Green Homes.

Excellent customer service
We have just bought a new house on the Rydal View development in Colwyn Bay. The whole purchase experience was handled very professionally by Fiona & Venita in the sales office on site. They guided us sensitively through the process, and were always polite, helpful, friendly and professional in all our dealings with them.
That service has continued post purchase.

Ongoing problems with construction…
Ongoing problems with construction traffic from a Castle Green Homes site near my property. HGVs regularly block pavements and the road, forcing pedestrians into the carriageway and cars into oncoming traffic on a blind bend.
Mud is constantly dragged onto the road and splashed up the sides of cars driving past. Despite raising this directly with Castle Green Homes, the issue continues.
Rydal View, Colwyn Bay, Kings Drive.
Update, Nothing has been done. They still continue to put mud on roads all around the area. It's unpleasant for road users and residents.

Such a positive experience
Our experience with Castle Green has been excellent. Our journey to home ownership has not been straightforward, I have been navigating some serious health issues requiring hospital inpatient stays and innumerable appointments. Sally snd Hilary have been unfailingly professional, kind and supportive throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date at every step with clear communication. They made what could have been an extremely stressful time in our lives an easy and joyful one. I can’t thank them and the entire Castle Green team enough for helping us to secure our beautiful new home.
