I can’t recommend Castle Green enough. We had our house sale fall through at the last minute making us very nervous that we would lose the house we had reserved. Castle Green were extremely patient and helpful making sure the process went as smooth as possible.
The development is lovely and the style of houses are fantastic.
We have been here for just over a week and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is great and so is the communication with site, we had a few very small snags which have been sorted straight away. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Castle Green was very helpful in allowing us to buy our first home. They guided us through the process of buying a house and allowed us to complete everything we needed in order to obtain the plot we wanted. Every service was easily explained and completed with castle green. Laura and Heather were great in helping us buy our first house, they communicated with us quickly and would push solicitors when we needed.

My experience at Castle Green Homes at Trevalyn Place Rossett has been nothing less than exceptional.
Kelly and Kirsten, the Sales Reps, have gone above and beyond to make the process easy and what could even be a stressful time enjoyable.

Fabulous show homes with excellent customer sales services at Woodland Manor. Home buying is a huge decision but the information provided by Rhianna and choice of incentives available really helped us to make the right decision. Castle Green Homes offer varied plots and home designs available, with local amenities and access to green space nearby, which helped to make our decision much easier. Highly recommend.

Encouraged us and gave proper guidance on what needs to be done. Their homes are also nice and rooms are big. Affordable homes and we hope to buy more from castle green

I recently visited Woodland Manor and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ellis and Rhianna. Ellis welcomed us, explained everything about Castel Green, and let us explore the show homes without feeling rushed. She answered all our questions and followed up afterwards. On my return visit, Rhianna was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my many questions, which made me feel comfortable during such a big decision.
I’ve now put in an offer on a property at Woodland Manor. The homes are lovely, but it was the outstanding care and professionalism from Ellis and Rhianna that truly stood out. Highly recommended.

From the moment I first visited, I was impressed by the quality, layout, and beautiful finishes, and now that I’m settled in, it genuinely feels like home. As far as house buying goes, a wonderful experience throughout the entire process at the Bridgewater View development, with special thanks to Sally, Hilary and Kayleigh. We were originally planning to go with a neighbouring developer, but their sales team couldn’t compare with Castle Green’s, who cheered us on from day one!

Communication was strong, they were supportive when needed, incredibly friendly, beyond helpful and, when we were facing difficulties with a useless solicitor at the bottom of a chain, they stepped up to help us get through.

Thank you to the team for being with us at every step of the way and getting us into our new, beautiful home!

Throughout the whole process of selling both our houses, and purchasing our new home, Sally and Hilary have been with us every step of the way, keeping us informed and cheering us on! From the moment we walked into the Sales office, Rhianna was polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Needless to say, we put a reservation deposit down within the week. At the appointment, she went through everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. She was on her own in the office on this particular day, but wasn't phased by the constant flow of potential buyers walking into the office, whilst trying to go through all the details with us.
