Ongoing problems with construction…
Ongoing problems with construction traffic from a Castle Green Homes site near my property. HGVs regularly block pavements and the road, forcing pedestrians into the carriageway and cars into oncoming traffic on a blind bend.
Mud is constantly dragged onto the road and splashed up the sides of cars driving past. Despite raising this directly with Castle Green Homes, the issue continues.
Rydal View, Colwyn Bay, Kings Drive.
Update, Nothing has been done. They still continue to put mud on roads all around the area. It's unpleasant for road users and residents.

Such a positive experience
Our experience with Castle Green has been excellent. Our journey to home ownership has not been straightforward, I have been navigating some serious health issues requiring hospital inpatient stays and innumerable appointments. Sally snd Hilary have been unfailingly professional, kind and supportive throughout the whole process. We were kept up to date at every step with clear communication. They made what could have been an extremely stressful time in our lives an easy and joyful one. I can’t thank them and the entire Castle Green team enough for helping us to secure our beautiful new home.

This has been my first experience…
This has been my first experience purchasing a home, and I have found the process with Castle Green very positive so far. I want to give particular thanks to Rhianna and Ellis, who have supported me throughout. They have been incredibly helpful in arranging viewings, very responsive whenever I have had questions and have really helped to accelerate the house buying process for which I'm immensely grateful. Great Company
We bought our new Castle Green home on Orchard Place in Thornton.
They've been brilliant in helping us with the move with Bianca and Donna in the sales team always available.
Once we moved in they have a true desire to make the customer happy. Peter, the site manager, has been looking to resolve the snags quickly and to a high standard.
Overall they have been superb!

Great service
As we celibate some 14 months with Castle Green as anticipated and advised some minor cracks appeared in the expected places.
Took a few snaps and put them on the user friendly app. Contacted within 24 hours and date confirmed, we were very happy to meet Daniel who never stopped for two days. Dan even identified areas I hadn’t noticed. Very happy with the service . And thanks to Rachel for coming back to use so quickly.

Helpful from start to finish
Buying a home can be extremely stressful, especially for the first time buyer. With Castle Green Homes at BWV, we were lucky to have both Sally and Hilary guide us from start to finish. From show home viewings and multiple plot visits, we were never rushed and allowed to see things as the building site was continually developing. Both Sally and Hilary made the process enjoyable giving their snippets of wisdom and always very quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. We are grateful for their help and support in buying our new home.

We love our new home
Our experience of buying our home at Bridgewater View has been really positive, the team of Sally, Sian and Hilary have been friendly and efficient and really good at communicating and responding. We chose the house and moved in within less than a month. Our move in was smooth. We have only small snags and these are being handled quickly by Joe. Would fully recommend. Thanks to the whole team!

Great experience
Myself and my partner visited orchard place last week to have a look around the site and show homes.
We found the quality of the build and the layout of the site fabulous.
We found Donna to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. She was also a perfect blend of helpful whilst not overbearing. We were very happy with our first experience of Castle Green.
