I got in touch with Carwow Leasey after my usual lease company became complacent & stopped responding to my communications. I have to say I’m so glad I did. I got a good deal on my new personal lease car, but communication could have been better. I had to chase my initial enquiry, and questions I had were not always answered clearly. Once your order is placed you do not have a designated person to assist you through the process.

From my initially enquiry Richard Perkin looked after me fantastically, he was able to source me the vehicle I was after within a couple of hours where all other brokers were quoting me a 6 month lead. He helped me through each stage of the process by answering all the questions I had, he was also able to liaise with the supplier so that I could collect the vehicle so that I did not need to wait for delivery. Follow up service has been great too

Jamie Lowe was excellent in explaining how the lease process worked.The vehicle selection was made easy by his knowledge.
Vehicle was delayed twice from original dates but Jamie kept me updated on progress and when i explained i needed the vehicle by a certain date this was actioned
MG HS Trophy + arrived and very happy with vehicle
