Always a pleasure using CarpetShopOnline, as others have said they send many more samples than requested which has been very helpful choosing the correct colour. From ordering on 31/8/22 they & the delivery company kept me updated to again another fast delivery on 6/9/22, which is amazing. Carpet quality has been excellent for price paid plus offering discount too. Very impressive. Thank you.

I cant remember the date, but sometime late august early september, i placed an order, they gave a date, it arrived a day earlier, can't fault the service. Good quality carpet and great price too, will definitely use them again. Just have to save a bit more first lol

I ordered one free sample, but they sent me 13! Although I didn’t on this occasion buy as I am very specific about the shade I want, I thought it was a great idea to send choice. It really was good to be able to place all the samples and have a choice of shades and style. Highly recommend 👍

The young lady, I think her name was Alex was fantastic, she arranged samples for me, not once but 3 times making sure we were happy with what we wanted, delivery of samples was fast and when we placed our order, we received everything the next day. We were also sent tracking, the driver called to say he was half an hour away. We were not home, however we have him instructions were to leave them. They were covered in thick plastic, the driver went the extra and placed them of the ground incase it rained. I will buy from them again. Excellent service, delivery and pricing.

What a fantastic company. The weight address was put on the order, the morning of delivery the lady phoned me up and I told her the address was wrong , the carpet was almost at the wrong address without any fuss they changed my address and 30minutes later the carpet was at my door. The delivery driver was so helpful. I will definitely buy my next carpet from this company

Fast delivery and FREE delivery charge. All the other online companies were going to charge £25-£30 delivery for delivery in 10 days. Carpetshoponline delivered in 48hrs. Carpet looks fine, haven’t rolled out yet but all seems ok
