I am a returning customer and have for a period of times ordered carpets and wooden flooring from C&M Carpets. I have received wonderful service and my needs have so far met my needs. Thyrrel has mainly been the person I have mainly dealt with and he was extremely helpful and was helpful in meeting my requirements. I also had carpets fitted by C&M Carpets and they were efficient and completed the fitting of the carpets within the time span. I will continue this company for my needs.

Great communication, timely responses and clear answers to questions for less knowledgeable about flooring. I was super happy with the floor (quick step) and ordered carpet for my stairs. Really happy and will use again!

The carpet price was very competitive and following a nice conversation with Akram, it was suggested that if we book the underlay, then we could save a delivery cost. Akram gave me a very competitive price and the process was effortless. Great service from an online vendor.

Carpets were really good quality, the phone service was very good and the delivery was fab, a very happy customer

We had new flooring installed in our living and dining room and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Akram was really supportive when we were deciding on the best colour and took the time to talk us through different flooring options that would suit the space.

Communication throughout was also brilliant. We were kept up to date at every stage, and whenever we had questions, the responses were quick and genuinely helpful.

On fitting day, Andy was fantastic, very experienced, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The floor was fitted with ease and the finish looks amazing.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this company. I found the carpet I wanted on their website at a very competitive price and called to ask if it could be made into an area rug. They contacted the binding company, quickly emailed me a quote, and were both efficient and polite throughout — they genuinely seemed to care.
Once we placed the order, I was kept updated on the progress and delivery was arranged without any hassle. The rug arrived well packaged, and it looks fantastic in our home. It’s completely transformed and zoned our large open-plan lounge.

I recently bought vinyl for my kitchen from the company. The sales people were extremely helpful throughout the process. Delivery from the Manchester area to East Anglia was swift and efficient (one week from order to delivery). I would certainly use them again.

Carpet was laid down nice but a radiator valves was broken and balanced back into place so I wasn't aware of.it being damaged. Did inform C.M manager Morgan and any knowledge was swiftly denied. This valve is in a small space between a door that had the carpet placed in so it really could only be broken by them. I've been in my.home 3 years and other than setting the.heat level on this radiator I have not had any reason to be in or near the valve. Since sending the picture of valve to them I have got no response.
Just ensure that you check valves and cross check their work that nothing has been damaged. Other than that they did do a good job with the carpet

This is the second time I’ve ordered carpet for the whole house from carpets and more. Exactly the same carpet as was sold in carpet right but for half the price. Delivery was prompt as stated. Will definitely use again

Huge prices for products and labor, total lack of communication and assistance after the contract ends, insufficient and unqualified staff. Regardless of the value of the contract, at the end of it they don't even answer the phone if you need maintenance. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the shop and the same applies to the fitters who laid 3 carpets in no time at all and made useful suggestions regarding the fiddly bits ! Thanks !
