I would definitely recommend. This was not my first lease vehicle but it was my first time using Car Leasing Online, having used a few different lease companies before. The whole process was very straight forward and the price was as good as I could find anywhere else online. I discovered the site via Leaseloco and I was delighted that they could supply the vehicle I was looking for to Northern Ireland as this wasn't the case for some other lease companies I had sent enquiries to. Initially I dealt with Mike via WhatsApp and was then handed over to Lorraine who kept me well up to date via email with informative and prompt replies throughout the entire process. Thanks!

This review is purely for the Administrator named Lorraine whom woks here. Lorraine has displayed the highest respect for the amount of work that she carry’s out to make the customer feel reassured and satisfied with integrity. Each email spoke for itself and made me feel confident and comfortable that I was being cared for and respected.

Lorraine has an amazing compassion and a talent that goes above and beyond in her role as Administrator. She’s the heart of the organisation once you have decide upon your car, you’re now in Lorraine’s hands. She’s very quick at her responses in a timely manner, she’s no tortoise and is always looking for a positive and effective resolution for the customer.

My time liaising with Lorraine has now been resolved and I just wanted to thank Lorraine for a tremendous service and after care. I will miss the chats and laughter and I hope one day to give some repeat business to Car Leasing Online.

Car Leasing Online was efficient and extremely helpful with the leasing of my BYD vehicle. Lorraine was my main point of contact - she was very thorough and communicated with me to ensure a smooth lease and delivery.

I already knew the car I wanted but was particular about the exact specification. I spoke with Glen, who was extremely patient, and together we eventually landed on the perfect car and spec. His professionalism was outstanding, and the whole process felt genuinely enjoyable. Where many companies fall short is after‑care, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. My delivery was handled by Lorraine, who was brilliant throughout, transparent, proactive, and consistently on the ball. When the car arrived unclean, I contacted her straight away, and she resolved the issue immediately and without any fuss. I will absolutely be returning to Car Leasing Online when my contract ends, and I hope both Glen and Lorraine are still there.
