Not happy with some sites that have the family camping , lodges and safari tents , it’s turned some sites into noisy holiday camps . As the people hiring them don’t belong to the club so don’t think... See more

We have always found the club sites and facilities very good. All staff have been helpful and friendly.
That is why we always choose the caravan club when touring with our caravan

I have stayed on a few sites this year and in the main experience has been positive. ease of booking. Wardens helpful and informative, in the main. one female warden was a little short with me when i gave what I felt was a constructive suggestion regarding an 'open' toilet cassette disposal point near to a childrens play area (ie no door or cover over it). the male said he's mention it to the campsite owners (affiliated site).
The weather helped this year of course!!!

Low deposit important at my age re any illness and essential for families where children can suddenly fall ill have an accident etc.Cleanliness of facilities.Friendliness of wardens.

Good clean and tidy sites. Unfortunately the cost per night has risen to unbelievable heights. Now there are equally good private sites for a lot less. They have lost sight of their core customers and more interested in organised European trips etc. that are well out of the reach of the majority of caravanners. So many non-productives needing to be paid probably causes the high cost per night.

The motorhome club site at West Runton, was immaculately kept and spotlessly clean. thank you very much. The wardens were very friendly and helpful too.

I love coming back to CAMC campsites and do a lot of mouth- to-mouth advertising. I love the professional organisation of the club and the camp sites and the very client oriëntated campsites couples. Joining the Club Fest 2026 strengthend my already very positive vibes about the aforementioned.
I apologise for my bad English. I’ll be back in april/may 2027.

As nice as the club sites are i do have reservations. Annual membership fees have crept up over the years and given what you pay now I would expect to get on any of the sites at will but sadly that's isn't the case unless uou book many months in advance eg Rowntree at York and others. I also feel that £40 /50 p.night pitch fees (plus on some sites) is becoming excessive. Unfortunately my membership renewed automatically last month but I am leaning towards cancellation when my renewal comes round again.

We once used go away often with the club but as the club has got more expensive we are now using other cheaper sites unfortunately you need to be more realistic with pricing in these hard times

Stayed on this site many times and it has always been great but this time i thought i had landed at Crufts dog show. So many dogs barking, growling do their business on the roadways in front of peoples pitches whilst they were trying to eat food. We should rename the club Caravan and Motorhome dog owners Club. May give this site a swerve until the club instigate an area just for dog owners as has been discussed.

We stayed at New England bay site as we have for the past 20yrs. So sad to see it now halved in capacity. The bare minimum being done by wardens who appear as though they’d prefer to be anywhere else but there! So disappointed!

I've been a member of CAMC for about 4 years. I find the sites over priced, and unlike some cheaper sites they dont give their members complimentary WIFI.
Facilities are great, and staff are very helpful.

The prices on many of the camp sites is becoming prohibitive for many users. Many of us have efficient solar panels which means we do not need electric in a lot of cases but are not given the option to chose. The club should also publish the prices more accurately, just stating from a few pounds is not correct as they just quote pitch price. It would be more realistic to quote for two people on a pitch with electric ( which is a normal stay) and reduced or add on as required.
The club is also attempting to turn a lot of sites into holiday camps with pods, chalets and lodges.

Just had to cancel some bookings due to illness deposits returned no problem unlike camping and caravan who changed £25 and you have to cancel before 29 days just a heads up to all campers

I have sent emails to these people, all to no avail.
I stayed a a shocking campsite that had 25, 5 star reviews. This was impossible, because, it really was shocking. The caravan and motorhome club didnt respond
