Insurance renewal
Let me first explain that I am a laryngectomy (loss of the Larynx) and thus have some difficulty in speaking and maintaining a conversation.
However the Consultant was very patient and helpful through the whole process one that included updating the vehicle covered from the original policy but changed mid term. His knowledge and the Call Wiser system was excellent, oh and the new policy saved some money. What more can one say

Their quote was more than 2 x expensive the guy asks how do you feel about the quote I was honest it sounds more than 2 x expensive to the guy hangs up no phone manners very rude.
