Beware of whopping cancellation charges!!!
Called to cancel motorbike insurance due to sale of vehicle. Refund of £41 wiped out by a whopping across-the-board charge of £50 for a cancellation of policy (details of which are supposedly ‘displayed’ deeply in the information sent to you). Beware!! Bandits!

Got a good deal without having to change company
Extremely pleasant and helpful young lady assistant talked me through the process, and with the help of her manager managed to offer a quote that was comparable to the best seen on on-line comparison sites.

Over the past couple of weeks I have made several phone calls with regards to purchasing another car and getting quotes for possible future insurance based on the reg plate. Every operator I have spoken to was excellent in their customer service skills, genuine interest and help. I can't remember all the names (one was Daniel) but I feel sure that there is a record on my account (Gill Speer, Willow Cottage, IP20 0LA). I have just had a call with Marcus Artwell; yet another great, professional, informative, honest and 'human' customer experience. Genuine interest in the subject and this exudes through the phone call. All assets to your company! I would like to request that he and all persons I have spoken to recently at least receive verbal acknowledgement, in particular during these difficult times where stress levels are high and people are more prone than normal to complain rather than praise.
Fingers crossed for a better year in 2021!

I called be wiser today to renew my car insurance and i ask them if they can find me cheaper quote the guy i was spoken to he did not hesitate to help me and he found a cheaper one if I’m not mistaken his name is matt. Thank mate for your help really appreciated 🙏
