Before installation, they needed to rewire my house phone line. They seemed to know where to look at and resolved the issues quickly. The installation and test of alarm system were done very fast. I like their service.

I was please with the purchase process ... I already have a few friends that will also be getting service w ADT.

I was referred to Jarrett who took my call while on vacation in Hawaii and secured an appt. Upon his return we met and his consultative process of identifying my security needs and noting my lifestyle was mindful. He selected an installer/Implementation specialist, Jeff, that was exceptional.

Jeff was so flexible as I was on Jury Duty when he first came as arrived while he was installing a comprehensive package. He had to return on Saturday with the understanding that I had to leave for a client engagement by a certain time. Patient, flexible and quick to offer insights that resulted in tweaks in my solution that were a little better suited for me and absolutely on point. Such a pleasure to work with him.

I circled back with the individual who referred me to Jarrett to let him know how pleased I was with his recommendation.

As the face of ADT, I would recommend Jarrett & Jeff in a heartbeat. Thank YOU.

This is my 1st review ever so i really think they are great. The system works very easy but is child-proof. But the people like ANA and RON who i met were soo nice right away i was comfortable having them in my home. I would recommend everyone to ADT.

The sales person Ryan went thru various plans in details, the engineer who installed the system was good in explaining on using the system

The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

We had a prior positive experience with sales rep, Paul Daly, at our former home following a burglary. When we moved, we called Paul again -- no need to test the market as he and the ADT team had a proven track record with us. The installer did a great job and really invested the time to make sure we knew full capabilities of the system; plus he walked us through setting up the web-account and the IPhone app..

Rate it a 10 across the board!

I can only say good things about Bill Wood and Jesse, the installer,regarding our purchase and installation of the security system. Bill was easy to work with, did not try tu up sell unless I asked for something. He knew his stuff and made the decision an easy one. Jesse was very proficient and thorough. There were some tricky areas but he was able to work around them and the system was in and working in very little time.

I would recommend this company without reservation.

To date, my experience with CSP has been nothing short of amazing. Larry was incredible and accommodating to my rigid schedule. Hector did a wonderful job installing the system and showing me how to use it. I would certainly recommend CSP to my friends. In fact, I already forward your info to a friend who recently purchased a home and is looking for a efficient security system. The Pulse system is seamless and I enjoy using it. Thanks again for the great service.

Very happy about the whole service process from price quote with clear list of items, great installation and configuration. Now I could arm/disarm the security by using my iPhone app remotely!

I found out about the company through Angie's List, where they were highly rated and were having a $99 installation deal on the Pulse System. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and set up an appointment for me with Angel. Angel was also pleasant and easy to work with, not being too pushy or overselling. The only glitch was the day we were to have the installation, the installer's previous job ran late so we ended up having to postpone our installation to the next day. That said, the installer called us a couple times to update us, and he was very polite and apologetic.

Technician was on time, knew his stuff and completed the install without an issues. Arranged for new service call for when the last windows gets installed.

This was a takeover installation from my existing wired alarm system. We ordered one set of systems and then the installer told us that we needed to go for another systems for ADT Pulse function. Good that it was no extra charge. Needed 3 trips in total to complete the installation. But the service was very prompt and it has been working flawlessly. I would recommend California Security Pro for alarm installation.

It was well done, security system put in with no issues. Just did not expect to have to pay around $350 for more sensors. But so far so good and tech Ron was great.

I really didn't want a security system but circumstances happened! I found that I needed one and California security pro filled the bill. Sigh.

I had such a great experiance with this company! Micah was so fantastic, he walked me through the process and explained it thourally. He was very clean, very professional! Leo was great as well, very personable, I would highly highly recommend this company to my friends!!

I could not be more happy with this company the sales person named Kyle came out and he was knowledgeable and professional. I really feel like he gave me a great deal on the equipment(it was $250 less then Bay Alarm for the same equipment). I placed my order and he scheduled the install for the next day. The installer Pat came out and was extremely customer service oriented. He did what seems to me to be a perfect install and was very patient in explaining all aspects of the system. I am very happy with my system! I will definitely recommend California Security Pro to all my friends!
