EnduraFlood was born out of the need to solve a common problem: How to reduce the traumatizing impact that flooding can have on a home owner. If and when water does enter your home, it's traumatizing, and you want to be able to recover as quickly as possible. The thought of having to repair the drywall in all of your rooms is a daunting prospect, especially knowing that another flood will ultimately come. This is where EnduraFlood comes in. EnduraFlood is simply the best way to protect your walls from the damaging results of a flood. While conventional drywall has to be cut out and replaced in a costly, messy and time consuming process, EnduraFlood panels can simply be removed and re-installed with just a screw driver. This process takes merely minutes, and it allows you to inspect and dry out the area behind. In "no time" you can be back to enjoy your basement or living space. Whats more, EnduraFlood Systems look gorgeous, with many modern, traditional or contemporary styles to choose from and build. Whether you are a DIY homeowner or a contractor, the process is easy: You select EnduraFlood components in our 3-Step process, or you can use our Project Estimator. All components ship directly from EnduraFlood Systems to you without costly middlemen. Using our comprehensive installation videos, the installation is quick and easy, and help from EnduraFlood is never far away.

I was trying to make sure I understood the system and the estimating/ordering steps before buying. The info is all on the website, but I got a little lost at first clicking around. The AI chatbot was honestly the most helpful part, I asked a couple questions and it pointed me to the exactly what I needed, and after that everything was straightforward.
The site navigation could be a bit clearer upfront. But once you’re on the right page, it’s easy.
EnduraFlood was what we went with after dealing with water coming in near the bottom of a door. Just note you’re on your own for install (DIY or hire someone). I’m not super handy but the video guides made it manageable. Needed a couple small tweaks to line everything up, but after that it’s been fine.

We installed Enduraflood in the lower level in our split level that has had water trouble in the past. Once during Sandy, then during Ida. Was looking for a solution like this forever and always thought that I should invent it, but they beat me to the punch! Ordering was straightforward and the material arrived well packaged within about one week. Installation was manageable with basic tools and some planning. I should say that I am not super handy but I can hold my own, I suppose. What I appreciate now most is the peace of mind, instead of worrying about the wall getting wet and moldy, I now have a system that can be removed, dried out, re-installed without much fuss. The look is great, it looks very high end and we have had many compliments already. Customer support was reasonably responsive but mostly we used the online info they have. Overall a very solid product and smart solution if you live in a water prone area like everyone in our town in Long Island!

Our company has installed a few of the EnduraFlood systems in SW FL and we have had nothing but great reception. In the beginning customers brought the idea to us after finding it on the web. After two or three installations following hurricane Milton we started actively promoting the panels to new customers and several upgraded from traditional sheetrock to EnduraFlood. After you learn a few ins and outs that come with any new system, you can fly though the next installations. One of our customers has had a minor water even since and was so happy they could just remove a few parts, dry up the wall and thats it. Its really genius to be honest. Check
It out!

Installed enduraflood at the end of last year after Hurricane Milton. Because of my DIY experience it was pretty simple to install after the initial learning period. Wanted to see how much time it takes to remove the walls to make sure I’m prepared for the upcoming hurricane season and it only took an hour per wall, including moving the furniture and everything. If you are prone to getting water in your house, I would definitely suggest you install this product. Highly recommend.

Had Enduraflood installed in my basement last year. I am writing this review now, because we had flash flooding 2 days ago (in NJ) and it was and first time since living in the house that I was not panicked, knowing I had the panels. It turned out that we had just a very small amount of water so we were able to remove the baseboard and feel around inside of the walls to let us know that everything was dry. Such a relief!

After losing everything in the lower level of our home from a flood, we were excited to find Enduraflood as a replacement to standard drywall. We called their 800 number and were assisted by a friendly person who helped walk us through using their online estimator to create our order. Once we placed the order, we received all of our materials within 2 weeks. Our contractor painted and installed the whole system for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. We feel prepared for the next flood!

Beyond satisfied with my experience with this product, not to mention the exceptional customer service. We received the product in a timely manner and had no issue returning what we needed to return.
The team is easy to work with and understanding. We recommend Enduraflood, especially before the upcoming hurricane season!!
Buyer beware regarding this company. Most importantly the complete lack of AFTER order/installation/return customer service! We returned $700 worth of unused product in their original boxes. These items either could not work in our space or were overages from the build order. After spending another $200 to return the unused product, we were emailed a credit for less than half of the returned product cost (less the 20% restocking fee). When questioned, were told many of the returned items were "damaged"!!!!!! Keep in mind, you never speak to a person in customer service, you have to repeatedly send emails...How in the world is it possible to have "damage" to unused product that was returned in the original boxes and in the same manner it was shipped to us? How is it possible to "damage" storm/flood ready product?? I am also disappointed in the product "ease of installation".This product was not easy to install in our spaces due to uneven walls, corners, ect and the crazy amount of cuts our contractor had to make. I strongly advise people to investigate other products on the market for homes in flood prone areas as this product is expensive, NOT easy to install in older homes, has a ridiculous non negotiable return policy, and a customer service department that is beyond poor at best! Regret now using this product. Enduraflood--poor customer service on the return end. No compassion for their customers!

My vacation rental was hit by both hurricanes this past fall. I was excited to try this product and was told I would receive the product in 2-4 weeks after ordering. As it is a vacation rental, every day that the repairs didn't occur caused me lost revenue but I was willing to wait a little for what I thought may be a superior product. They charged my credit card when I ordered on 11/1 for a total of $4,359.57. I checked back regularly with customer service to try to get updates regarding product shipment and I kept getting put off or told it was shipping soon. Finally at the end of November they shipped part of the product valued at $2,343.90 with the promise that in a few days the remainder of the product would be shipped. My contractor wouldn't start without all the product. Needless to say it did NOT ship in a couple of days, and I had guests scheduled to arrive for Christmas. Finally two weeks before my guests were to arrive they finally admitted that I would not receive the product in time. They completely left me in the lurch and I had to do a hard pivot with another material. They did credit me $2,015.67 for the product that never shipped and SAID they would credit me when they received the shipped product to their warehouse. Yes, I have this in writing. Stupidly I thought they would honor this when the first credit came in. Keep in mind I was literally at this house trying to put it back together so as not to ruin my renter's Christmas vacation. Months later when I had time to do my book keeping after surviving a natural disaster, I realized that I never got the credit for the product shipped back! I immediately emailed them and asked them for my credit. I received a response that they were "looking into it". Then they came back and told me that they did credit me in the $2,015.67 and gave me the transaction number (which I already knew). I responded with screenshots from my bank statements showing the initial charge and the one credit and asked for the remainder to be credited as soon as possible. No response! Keep in mind the when they refer their customer service number is a is a lovely lady that will help you place the order (see other one star review below). BUT, SHE HAS NO AUTHORITY OR POWER OVER ANY OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. You simply cannot reach a live human in customer service and her only advice is to keep emailing. I have over 18 emails back and forth with this company and the last three they have not even bothered to respond. I don't know if they are having financial difficulties, are trying to scam me or what the issue is but they owe me $2,343.90. I have tracking on my emails so I know when they have been opened. My emails have been opened by the company and ignored. The excuse of the hurricane and increased demand is just that ...an excuse. If you don't have the product then put it on backorder and be honest...don't string people along. People who were suffering from a natural disaster of all things! Their product may be great but their ethics and customer service is not. There are other products that do the same thing out there. Go find them. UPDATE: As described above they credited me for the product they did not send but not the product that was returned. I have all of the emails that have been sent back and forth and screenshots of my credit card statements. If I could upload them I would. So I guess now they are lying. Avoid.

Another hurricane buyer who searched incessantly for a solution for the next one. I have flipped 6 homes and am picky… the quality and consistency was excellent. Watched all videos and need readers to know it’s a little tricky at first. Then easy. My experience with their CS was great and therefore dispute other reviewers. The rushed out my order when I undershot and the lady woh answers the phone was a doll helping me find the tool that holds up the…tip, you need this $19 bucks.so color me a fan. Steve

EnduraFlood is a lifesaver. I'm already significantly less worried about the next hurricane season. Easy to install and the customer service was phenomenal!

Installed EnduraFlood in our basement a couple of years ago after we were flooded. Unfortunately, we were flooded again this fall but the system worked as intended. Instead of having to go through the mess and time of cutting the drywall again, we just unscrewed the baseboard and took out the panels. Once everything dried, we just slid the panels back in and screwed the baseboard back. We were up and running in half the time as the last time we were flooded.

Was hit with flooding after Helene and decided to go with EnduraFlood after 3 of my neighbors used it. I have DIY experience so I decided to install it on my own. The videos were easy to follow. The trim pieces came first so I got started with that- the panels came a few weeks later. So happy with the purchase- a few more of my neighbors will be ordering after I told them what a great product this is and the customer service was fantastic! I had a few question along the way and Enduraflood Customer service was knowledgeable and responsive

I have a second home in Florida and was hit by both Helene and Milton. I heard about Enduraflood on my Facebook community page where people were raving about it. I ordered a sample then decided to try one room to make sure I liked it. The panels took a little longer than I expected, but understood due to the high demand with the 2 hurricanes. It was worth the wait! I installed it last week in a bedroom and just placed an order for the rest of my house. I highly recommend if you are at risk for flooding and do not want to deal with the mess of replacing drywall again-.
We decided to install EnduraFlood in our flood prone basement. I had a little trouble figuring out the project estimator but someone in customer service helped me over the phone and was able to assist me, it actually was very easy. The panels that look like Wainscoting actually upgraded the look of my basement. So glad I found this solution!

After my purchase with this company, I now know that EnduraFlood is amazing. The installation was so quick and easy. It also looks wonderful in my new home. I can also say that I do not fear my house flooding again! Costumer service was extremely helpful. Although they were very overwhelmed, they were able to answer my questions as best as possible!! I completely recommend this install!!
Due to recent natural disasters, my family and I decided to purchase Enduraflood to better protect our home in the future. After receiving and easily installing the system in our house, I can genuinely say that not only does it make our house look stylish, but I feel safer as well. The cost is certainly worth the protection you will get in the future. While it took a while for the system to ship, it did arrive and customer service was very helpful when I called. I imagine the business is overwhelmed considering the last hurricane season. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective, convenient, and aesthetic solution to flooding.
My home in Milton recently experienced flooding, prompting me to place a $10,000 order with Enduraflood on October 28th. To date, I have only received the trim, which arrived last week, over a month later. While I understand the high demand and therefore will not rate them 1 star solely for the delay, my dissatisfaction lies with their extremely poor customer service.
The individuals answering the phone are unable to provide any useful information—they can only take new orders. They cannot tell you when your order will ship, where you stand in the queue, or make any adjustments to the order once placed. When seeking answers, I was directed to send repeated emails, marking them as "2nd request," "3rd request," etc.,.
In a desperate attempt to get my cabinets installed, I requested a partial shipment, again with no response. Consequently, I had to purchase an alternative board to use behind my cabinets, accepting the additional costs myself. This lack of response and transparency led me to question the legitimacy of Enduraflood, suspecting they might be stringing customers along.
Despite their claim of a 2-4 week delivery window, expect significantly longer waits and minimal communication. You will not be able to speak to a live person about your order, and updates are non-existent. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of the product, as I have not received it, I strongly advise against this company if you value good customer service.

I purchased the product after Helene flooded my downstairs. I ordered everything except the chair rail because I need a wider chair rail to cover the line between the boards and the drywall. I placed the order 10/17 and paid for it. I followed up two weeks later and was told my order was in process. Another two weeks I call and only get voicemail. No return call. I emailed and they emailed back to say they cancelled my order and refunded my money on November 20th. So they held my money and then cancelled my order because I did not order the chintzy chair rail. Its their way of driving up the cost to repair your home by requiring you to buy all of the parts and pieces. Even though the pieces I did not buy would not even work for my application. Terrible company with no morals.
