Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail.

Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully.

Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

I am very satisfied with Ron Loetz’s services. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options we could choose from. Also, his installation is fast and good. I would highly recommend Ron from California Security Pro to my friends and colleagues.

They were on time for each appointment. It took awhile to install the system, but it was done very professionally.

I recently converted my Bay Alarm system over to ADT after speaking with Jim Stanley at California Security Pro. Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. I am extremely pleased with my new alarm system and the excellent customer service I received from both Jim and Micah at California Security Pro.

The salesperson and security installer were extremely professional throughout the entire process, from the sales presentation to the install. And the process itself was quick. The system itself is very easy to learn to use as well. I highly recommend ADT to anyone who is thinking about installing a security system.

We chatted with Lance on the phone and only a few days later the installer was onsite getting the system installed. We only had "security system" in mind but when we saw the home automation stuff, we opted to add that a few days later. Great service, I'd recommend them and Lance was great to work with.

What more can I say, I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Both the sales process and the installation process were easy. Definitely felt like all of my options were clearly explained. I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need. I thought the system would be complicated, but our installer made understanding it really easy.

Both the Field Manager/Sales Rep (Ryan) and Technician (Jeremy) were punctual, arriving at or before the agreed upon times. Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable about the various options available to me and did not promote one over the other. He let me make my own choice based on the information he provided. Since I'm a "geek" I went with the upper-end package that included wireless connectivity to ADT, monitoring via my PC or Smartphone and the key fob (love it!!).
Jeremy was a joy to work with since installation does require a bit of "owner" participation. He made suggestions regarding placement of keypad and motion sensor, was very diligent in making sure that wiring for the keypad power was "out of sight, out of mind" and was very good at instructing me on how to use the system without "invading" my privacy with respect to passcodes, etc. And this after going to the Dentist in the AM to have preliminary work done for a crown!! Talk about dedication. Since I will be switching out my front and rear doors as part of my house renovation I'm expecting to contact this vendor to come and reset the sensors.

We were very impressed with everyone involved in the process of getting a new alarm system installed in our home. They were all extremely knowledgeable about their product, and they made us feel very comfortable in making the decision we made. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for an alarm system!!

From the start Jason explained the process and everything was installed exactly the way he said. The installer was great! Efficient and neat, I was concerned I would have to clean up after but that was not the case at all. Jason and Pat both were very helpful through the whole process. Very pleased with your service and just knowing my home is secure now. Thank you so much!

Bill Wood and Hector were outstanding installing and explaining the system to me. I feel much safer not that I have the security system. A big 5 Stars for them.
