If you want to live stress-free , DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM .

I am just shocked how that company presents itself a world famous clothing brand . They are just a low quality warehouse . Their website do not reflect their inventory which is totally horrible. You browse their website , add items to your basket and proceed to the checkout and guess what ? Your items just disappear because it says " unfortunately your items are sold out so that they are not available " why it is not shown directly on the item page of the online shopping website ? Sorry they are not worth even one star . TOTAL GARBAGE COMPANY . how they are operating so many stores across Europe is really something I will never understand in my life . / In German Ich bin einfach schockiert, wie sich dieses Unternehmen als weltberühmte Bekleidungsmarke präsentiert. Es ist einfach ein Warenlager von minderer Qualität. Ihre Website spiegelt nicht ihren Lagerbestand wider, was absolut schrecklich ist. Sie durchsuchen ihre Website, legen Artikel in Ihren Warenkorb und gehen zur Kasse, und wissen Sie was? Ihre Artikel verschwinden einfach, weil dort steht: „Leider sind Ihre Artikel ausverkauft, sodass sie nicht verfügbar sind.“ Warum wird das nicht direkt auf der Artikelseite der Online-Shopping-Website angezeigt? Tut mir leid, sie sind nicht einmal einen Stern wert. EINE TOTALE MÜLLFIRMA. I usually go to guia algarve shopping c & a.. the store is good but there is 1 salesperson whom I have been looking from 1 year but his behaviour has not changed .. he is soo rude … he has long hair with wearing spectacles .. thin guy .. please the authority should teach him manners . How to deal with customers.. he is never polite ..

Irrespectful attitude C&A

I am located in Germany and we have C&A allover the country. Online shopping was never an issue since the last time. Customer service is total mess. I have spoken to 3 different people on tje phone none of the listened to my issue to the end and tjey have just hung up the phone! Whaaaaat! Seriously, this is how u treat and respect customers from whose money you ectually excist?!!! You are forcing me to pay for the stuff wjich I have never got. Your new mess partner Hermes has lost it and I am punished for hermes mess. No way! Such a huge shop and such irrespectful treatment of customers. Please, contact me instead of sending me payment reminder. I will not pay for the item I have never recieved

Hit or miss

I've ordered multiple times from C&A and it is a hit or miss. When ordering always be prepared that not all items might actually be available although the website claims it is. Even after your order is processed and it's stated an item is not in stock, the website still says it is. Usually 75% if what you order is sent. Then the rest later, but when is usually unclear. The refund system is the same: hit or miss. You are every much dependant on their warehouse to process it correctly. I've had them claim twice that "return was not received" while PostNL said "delivered". The customer service is adequate though, but tend to be slow. Payment back for returns is an average two weeks and is done to you method of payment. I see a couple of reviews that claim that you only get store credit, but that's not my experience. Now for the products they sell... L might be L or XL, XL might be M or L. Also very random, even within the same brand. All in all 3/5 because of the hit/miss on all fronts.

Worst job ever

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my time at c&a. Over the past year, I have encountered several issues that have significantly impacted my well-being and overall job satisfaction.

Lack of Proper Training: Despite my best efforts, I found myself inadequately prepared due to the lack of proper training. It's disheartening to be blamed for not knowing things when the necessary guidance was never provided.

Dehumanization: At c&a employees are treated as mere numbers rather than valued individuals. The absence of a human-centric approach has left me feeling disconnected and undervalued.

Bullying Behavior: I filed a complaint about bullying behavior in the workplace, but unfortunately, no action was taken. This lack of response further eroded my trust in the organization.

Ethical Discrepancies: While c&a boasts a code of ethics, it pains me to see these principles inconsistently applied. Responsibility is conveniently
overlooked when violations occur.

Negative Impact on Mental Health: The toxic environment I endured for a year took a toll on my mental health. It led to a profound depression, robbing me of the happiness I once had.

Lack of Job Security: c&a does not provide staying contracts, leaving employees uncertain about their future. If you seek a stable job until retirement, this may not be the right place.

Discrimination at C&A: When questioned about why I wasn’t offered a permanent contract, their excuse was my colorblindness. But this had never been an issue—I adapted. I could scan clothing tags and rely on my work phone for information. My colorblindness didn’t hinder my performance; I excelled at my job.

Yet, C&A failed me. They lost not only a dedicated employee who loved their work but also clients who witnessed their unfair treatment. Discrimination should never be tolerated, especially when it costs good people their opportunities.

In summary, my experience at c&a has been a painful lesson in how a workplace should not operate. I hope that the organization takes steps to improve its practices and prioritize employee well-being.

That’s scam

That’s scam. If you return an item they don’t pay the money back just give you credit to buy later! The weirdest ever! Don’t buy anything poor quality and bad customer service

I am writing to bring to Complaint about Racist and Unpleasant Experience at C&Aour attention…

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply distressing incident I recently encountered as a tourist visiting C&A store in Veenendaal, Utrecht.

I am still shaken by the racist behavior exhibited by an elderly woman with short hair, who, from the moment I entered the store, made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. The incident occurred when I purchased a small purse, and as I was leaving, the store's alarm beeped. Assuming it might be something related to my clothes, I waited for assistance, but no one approached me. Subsequently, the elderly lady rushed towards me, humiliatingly shouting and throwing my belongings on the floor.

Despite my requests for her to communicate in English, she persisted in speaking a language I couldn't understand and attempted to cut the ticket off my purse. She even touched me without my consent to inspect my shirt, wrongly suspecting theft. When I sought assistance from her manager, she vehemently defended her colleague, refused to listen, screamed " GO OUT", she insist that i don't have any right to report her colleague's act and threatened to call the police without allowing me to explain my side of the story.

Feeling racially targeted and unjustly treated, I reluctantly agreed to involve the police, despite having committed no wrongdoing. Throughout the ordeal, I remained calm, seeking only an apology and understanding, but regrettably, none was provided.

I share this complaint with you not only to express my disappointment in the treatment I received but also to shed light on the experience can a tourist customers may encounter.

The worst

The worst, but the worst online shopping experience.I made an order, the money was taken from my account but order didn't went through their system. For the last month I am trying to get my money back with no luck. First they told me they have refunded me the money and that I have to wait 8to10days to get it. After 10days the money still wasn't refunded they said the specialist will take my case and solve it. I got the email from the special department writing they will immediately cancel the reservation of this amount because money was just reserved not taken. After nothing happend after that email ,the customer service told me that the reservation was cancel the first day when the problem happened and that I should go to the bank to see what is happening. I asked him why specialist that took my case didn't see that-he doesn't know. Today again I am getting the email that the specialist will take my case.,..So all together I was charged for the order that is not in the system because system wasn't working and I am not getting my money back although I have talked more then 10times with customer service and written 10emails.One day they are saying I am refunded and to wait, the other day they are saying they will cancel reservation of the amount amd to wait,after that they are saying they have canceled it the first day, then again they send new email that specialist is solving my problem. The only thing that is constant is the missing money.Never again buying here!

I placed an order and paid for it

I placed an order and paid for it. They cancelled the order for a technical problem, and told me by email to place the order again. I did so, and the exactly the same thing happened again. I tried one more time using a different payment card, and it happened a third time. I contacted C&A by phone, and they replied by email that I need to place the order again, a 4th time. There was not even an apology. My payment card was charged 3 times, and no refund was made.

Poor customer service

I am very disappointed because I called them three times and each time I received no help whatsoever.
When you call the customer service, they either do not know anything or say they can't do it. I wanted to contact the store and, apparently, you cannot do it.

It was such an horrible delivery…

It was such an horrible delivery experience i’m a customer from Belgium and i ordered a winter jacket few weeks ago. They have sent the package to a nearby store where i had to pick it up. NOT TO MENTION IT WASN’T GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. I am very dissatisfied with the workers mind u I’m still waiting for my winter jacket while writing this. I would have understood the big delay if it was going to get delivered to my house. But it was just a nearby store where i had to pick it up from. C&A fix ur problems and don’t put lazy workers.

BE CAUTIOUS when expecting assistance

I've been a loyal customer of C&A for years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning my future patronage. I recently ordered several items, eagerly awaiting their arrival. However, when the package came, it was visibly damaged and had clear signs of tampering. To my dismay, some of the items I had purchased were missing.

Believing in C&A's reputation, I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution. I provided photographs of the damaged package, and explained the situation in detail.

I was under the impression from C&A's initial response that there would be a thorough investigation and resolution regarding the missing items from my package. However, after my follow-up, C&A has been conspicuously silent and has failed to provide any updates or responses. It's disappointing to feel treated as a mere transaction rather than a valued customer.

I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious before making a purchase online. It's disheartening to see a company I once held in high regard show such disregard for genuine customer assistance.

I have sent back two items

I have sent back two items, one on 2nd of September, the other 1 week later. For the first one I should have got my money back, I emailed them many many times and still nothing, they are asking for proof (??? I don't even understand this) but shouldn't I get proof instead that they are not trying to scam me? They owe me at least 40-50 EUR. If I will find out how some authority can be involved I'd rather do that because I am not gonna email 100 times for my own money. This is ridiculous. And everyone here is saying about xxl stuff, their xs clothes are too big for me, so I have to buy children stuff but obviously I don't want as they don't have that clothes which I'd want.
Useless and shameful company.

C&A online shop SCAM.1 star is a high rating

I've ordered 2 pairs of jeans in the size that I ussually and they are very very small.
This brings me to my issue, the return and refund part.
In order to ship it back to them from Romania, first of all the shipping costs are high and they don't provide the enough informations in order to return the items.
I also need a telephone number and an email address.
I've requested them 3 times already through customer support the informations and they didn't give me. By email someone replyed to me but the phone number that I received is incorrect and shipping company deny to get my package.
I'm glad that I find all the reviews from here because now I see that even after 3-4 months people didn't get their money back.
So I think I will not risk it to return it and loose more money in the process.
Also I've look up on google the address they provied for return Münchner Straße 112, it's a simple street with houses. Where the return will go if I send it there??
Also one more red flag here, why do they don't have a customer support for the country where are they selling. If I don't speak english how am I supposed to talk with them?
This is a big scam.

absolutely HORRIBLE customer service

absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. it took a MONTH for my package to arrive from germany to croatia and they simply had no idea where the package was. plus it took min. 2 days each time for them to answer my email and when i asked for refund i was denied it!!! they told me to just order same items again??? i needed the clothing for my vacation and when it finally arrived 20 days AFTER it was supposed to arrive it was completely useless. so nobody is answering your enquires and not even offering refund when the merchandize doesn't arrive. beware and avoid!!
