Top Choice Bus Company
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Rider Express. The seats were comfortable, the bus was very clean, and the driver seemed to care about their job. This was definitely the best bus experience I've had in my life. Way better than Greyhound or Red Arrow.

Really great experience. Clean bus, good AC, comfortable recliner seats, free WiFi and AC ports to charge your phone. The bus driver could have been a bit more friendly though.

It’s was freezing on the bus if you dont wrap up or have a blanket, very uncomfy to be sitting up all night and if you do put the seat back your squashing the persons legs behind you

Changing Tickets
I'd like to change our tickets to one day earlier, at the same time, because I miscalculated the flight arrival time. For two days, I put a lot of effort into this, but nothing worked. And there was nobody to help. I had to buy another ticket. I won't purchase tickets from Busbud or Megabus, and I don't recommend them; their customer service has been very poor. I am sure nobody read this message, and nobody cares. You just think of making money.

I tried 3 bus companies
I tried 3 bus companies. Flixbus always on time but the pick up located info is very poor. Intercity bus is old and not clean. Velocity is a van which more comfortable and the pick up/drop off area info is the best. The driver is more concern about if the passengers all present or not. they will made personal contact which is a plus.
