Booking thru Busbud
I like to book thru Busbud as they show great pricing for buses but I was somewhat disappointed with the Bus I booked on their website!
I booked a trip on Busbud and the bus I chose was FREEWAY COACHES and the main reason I chose that bus is because of the supposedly FREE WIFI wich wasn't true because there was NO wifi on the Bus and when i asked the Driver he said that there is No Wifi on the Bus!
Also the Bus was driving very fast and overtaking trucks on the road and the Leg space was crap and also they took very long before they stopped at a Garage for Refreshments and toilet facilities and I arrived 1 Hour and 20 minutes late at destination station!

Bus didn’t even exist!
I booked a ticket from Montevideo to Porto Alegre. Booking reference: 77002699 - 10000026742842. The address for departure was completely wrong and in fact isn’t even a bus station, as I found out it’s a bus holding facility. I went back to the main bus station in Montevideo, and turns out the bus never existed. How is it possible that this ticket was available to purchase and existed in the first place? I must surely be able to get a refund for purchasing a ticket for a bus that never existed.
