Lovely flowers delivered on time and really appreciated by my partner who's birthday it was.

Flowers were delivered promptly and in bud. Smell was amazing. Flowers fresh and long lasting as always. My mum loved her birthday bouquet.

Ordered 2 bouquets as thank you gifts. Beautiful flowers, what was sent was what was depicted on the website. Very good value for the money and was able to choose delivery dates which were met. I would recommend

I have been using Bunches for some years now. They have not failed on any occasion to deliver (pun intended) a first class service. The easy to navigate web site (even for seniors) provides a vast range of horticultural offerings supported with gift cards, bottles of drink, novelty biscuits and much more. The follow up to an order is particularly reassuring with confirmation emails detailing your order and an easy contact system to manage queries. All of the above is provided at value for money prices.

I was going to order flowers for a friend, using a 15% off voucher. THEN it suggested i upgrade my membership, by paying £13.99, this would give me discounts and 5 free deliveries per year.
The deliveries are £4.99 each time, so seemed a good deal. But then a notice came up that i cannot use the 15% discount in the membership.
I phoned "Customer Service" to query this, as, £36 bunch of flowers, 15% off, £30.40 +£4.99 delivery= £35.39....but, after paying £13.99 to be a member, I would have to pay £36 +free delivery so no saving AND £13.99 down....
Speechless when she said,
"Dont join then....."

I see you have replied asking me to contact your customer support team..
..was it NOT your customer support team who spoke to me this way?
And, I am a regular, diehard customer, who orders about 10 bouquets a year from you....

The flowers were flat as pancakes and didn’t last a day! Not worth the money spent!

After two disastrous attempts with another company and DPD delivery failures I tried Bunches. Customer service was excellent and I received a beautiful, polite, compassionate email. Flowers successfully delivered next day by Royal Mail and recipient very happy.

I always use bunches now, I have had several deliveries to friends and family & they havent let me down. Always arrive fresh. I was worried about my last delivery because of the hot weather, but no they arrived perfectly. Thank you Bunches

The flowers and small gifts arrived on the date selected and in good condition. My mother was delighted with everything and the flowers looked good when they were fully open.

Flowers arrived well packaged on specified day. The recipient loved the flowers, which lasted slightly short of two weeks! A good buy!

Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery on Sunday (24hrs Royal Mail tracked). Dispatched Saturday, "unable to attempt delivery" Sunday, "Due for Redelivery the Next Working Day" Monday. So even if they are delivered tomorrow, Tuesday - when the recipients will be in work, the flowers are already 3 days in transit and haven't been delivered on the day of the occasion they were intended for.

Edited to say Bunches has agreed to refund the cost and take the issue up with Royal Mail.
