I ordered two different bouquets for two different people, on 24/6/26. On 14/7 one was delivered to the house door, (she had a tiny garden). No problem, she was delighted with the flowers. Order no.03800244. On4/7 the other bouquet was left at the unlocked front gate at the bottom of the drive. Although she could see the gate from the house the bouquet was left lying at the side, I think she found them by accident the next day. Order no.13800243. It wasn’t a long drive to walk up, I was very disappointed when I heard about this and will seriously think twice before using you again.

It took 3 days before my daughter got the flowers. Most of them were dead.
It’s the first time I experience that.
Royal mail normally contact neighbors to get in if my daughter is working. On the 3 day they did that.
Only a few flowers survived that.

Ordered 13 of July she got them on the 16’th

I was sent a bunch of flowers from my daughter, I couldn't tell her how disappointing they were.
There was several of them broken , the rest of which there were not many were old and tired looking.
I would have got a similar bunch from a supermarket for about 8 pounds fully alive.
Save your money and go elsewhere, the recipient many be very disappointed with what they received and feel unable to say so.

This company is a bunch of amateurs, not guaranteeing a delivery order on a weekend for the forthcoming Tuesday. Please do not use this supplier for the day you need them delivered. Shocking service, I would cancel any order you might place, straightaway.

Have used Bunches a few times to send flowers to friends and relatives. Delivery always on the day requested and bouquets always fabulous!!

Order quite often - flowers / letterbox flowers and mini hampers / hampers. Usually for birthdays. Comms always really good, customer service great. Delivery spot on and gifts always gratefully received. This was a mini birthday hamper for my cousin - she messaged to say it was lovely and prosecco going straight in the fridge.

Great delivery by Royal Mail on date needed (recipient not home, so delivered next day - fully tracked). Pleased with price & selection available & recipient very happy with their gifts (potted plant & afternoon tea hamper with some added options).

I always find Bunches really reliable and check their App first if I am ordering flowers. I can usually find a good delivery spot and never had any problems. Always very well packed & protected. Been very happy with what in-season flowers are available.

Bunches is a company I often use for happy and sad occasions. Their flowers are always lovely. Their letterbox flowers are particularly good if the flowers are to be a surprise as people may not be in. The prices are very reasonable and if you order more often you build up points for discount.

Living in Australia I use Bunches to send gifts to friends and family and they always deliver on time and tell me they love the quality and service.
