Exceptionally helpful staff
Exceptionally helpful staff. Particularly Charlotte, who made me feel confident purchasing from you for the first time.
Only concern was that the delivery driver left the package unattended in an out building that was not authorised, even though I was home awaiting its arrival.

We’re sorry, however, to hear about how your parcel was left. We completely understand your concern, particularly as you were at home awaiting the delivery and had not authorised the package to be left in an outbuilding.
As this part of the delivery is handled by the courier, we have raised this with them so the circumstances can be investigated and the appropriate feedback provided to the delivery team. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, particularly when purchasing valuable items.

We do offer next-day delivery for orders once they have been dispatched. As clearly explained on our website, orders are normally dispatched the same day, unless we require further information to satisfy our security and compliance requirements.
It is perfectly normal for us to request KYC information where additional checks are required. These checks are an important part of our processes and are in place to help protect both our customers and our business. While we appreciate that this can be frustrating when you are working to a particular date, we cannot dispatch an order until any required checks have been satisfactorily completed.
Once the necessary information has been provided and the checks are complete, your order will be dispatched using our next-day delivery service.
We’re sorry that this has affected your plans for the birthday gift, but we hope this clarifies why the order has not yet been dispatched and why the KYC request was made.

I thought it was 9ct they found an 18ct item and paid me the true value
I sold a half sovereign to Bullion by Post they gave me a price and that was the price they paid me. I also sent some 9ct jewelry they quoted me a price and paid me more because one item was 18ct, I respect and appreciate this honesty.
The whole process was straightforward and the staff were very helpful.
