Great service from Bullion by Post
I placed an order with Bullion by pst on 18 August and it was delivered today. Bullion by Post gave me a very nice settlement of my complaint even although the previous two debacles was entirely the fault of the Royal Mail’s GUARANTEED delivery system. My contact with Bullion by Post could not have been more helpful by phone call and email to check on the progress of my package. Unfortunately the Royal Mail failed to live up to its guarantee. Can definitely highly recommend this company

Transaction satisfaction.
I phoned up and gave them the information about my sale items. I was given a price which I was very happy with as I know we won't get spot price and they didn't quote me a million miles off either. Followed return directions in email, received an email to say they had got my package and was going to be processed shortly. I then had a confirmation email with my items and price then the money was transferred into my bank within the allotted time. I will use these again in the future ☆☆☆☆☆
