I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with BudgetAir. I contacted customer service to reschedule my flight, but I was told there were no available options until next year. However, when I checked online, I could clearly see earlier flights available for booking.
Despite pointing this out, they were unwilling to help with rescheduling and also refused to provide a refund. The customer support was unhelpful and showed no interest in finding a reasonable solution. Unbelievable thing was they don't have rescheduling flights from August to next year May and at the end they said your ticket vaild until 19 May.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and more transparency. Based on my experience, I would think carefully before booking through BudgetAir again.

Budget air is terrible
Budget air is terrible. They made a reservation and checked in for me using a fake email and fake phone. I was not able to verify my personal information due to the fact that my real info were not matching with the fake aliases they created on behalf of me. My flight was severely delayed and the airline was unable to compensate me because of that. The customer service was also an AI agent which is terrible

They added a $25/ticket
Insurance charge that I didn’t agree to. I called back within 10 minutes and they wouldn’t let me take off the insurance $100 insurance fee for the 4 tickets. I called customer service and asked for them to take it off they said no, I asked to cancel the tickets so I could rebook it and try to not have that charge put on there and Most airlines give you 24 hours to cancel they don’t. They said they can’t do anything to help me out. Disappointed

Never take the car rental with Budget…
Never take the car rental with Budget air! We paid for the rental and they never give us the car! We reserved a car 1 month before our trip to Portugal and when we got there, they ask for 2 credit card of the driver. In the confirmation, they say that one card will be ask at the desk and they ask for 2. They said that the car that we choosed needed 2 cards (not in my contract!). The 2 youngs guys at the desk did not want us to get the car. With 3 youngs kids and the jetlag, we did not needed this. We had to go to Eurocar, just in front of them to rent a car. They dont even want to pay us back. I need to take legal action, this is so stupid.
We bought for more than 7000$ in plane tickets for our family of 5 with them. We paid 1300$ in car rental and we needed to go rent a car last minute for 3000$ at Eurocar.
Simply unacceptable.
