Complaint/refund

Hey Dear

Hope this email finds you well

I faced a big issue today .
I reserved a ticket from Lebanon to France via budgetaire.com
Booking référence
BFR- 44138738,on the ticket was shown
Departure: Beirut to Istanbul via Mea
And 1 escale / stop transit from Istanbul SAW to Marseille via pegasus .

And suddenly when I arrived to the airport while boarding and doing the check in they told me that MEA has no transfer from Istanbul to saw airport . Normaly such thing has to be operated by mea or your agency bas budgétaire not me it is not my job to operate my ticket ,all I have to do is to select the departure city and the arrival destination and all other things has to be operated by the airline that I choose which is MEA or you where you have to mention to transit stops not one And in this case this operation has to be your responsibility not mine .

So I called a mea responsible from beirut aéroport and I showed him the ticket he told me that MEA do not land at the SAW Istanbul ,so why they didn't mention it in the ticket ? Or they didn't add another stop so I can simply made my choice if I want to select 2 transits Or they didn't coordinate by their partnership to do a transit stop .
Who does handle this responsability?

For the time consuming the responsible told me to reserve a ticket from Istanbul to Marseille and later on I can manage a refund from you .

So I reserved a ticket from Istanbul to Marseille also from your website you can verified by the attached documents , but I highly request a refund from your side at least for the second reservation that I made from Istanbul to Marseille via Turkish airlines and I am sure that we can have a right solution and a happy ending.

Attached below you can check the ticket that I made as well with an amount of 250euro . The bill will send it tomorrow .the time that my bank statement appears the transaction needs 24hrs

The flight experience was good

The flight experience was good. I was with my seven months old baby girl and flight attendants took good care of me and my baby. They switched my seat to empty seats so i could have more space with my baby it made my journey comfortable.

The service I paid for was never delivered Despite this you have failed to process my refund and continue to delay the matter with unjustified explanations This situation is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of consumer protection laws

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I booked a flight through budgetair and, upon cancellation of the flight, they proceeded to change the booking to another date without my confirmation and without giving me any alternative option. Now, after spending hundreds of euros on that flight, I find myself with a flight on a different date that I therefore cannot take. The customer service was an even worse experience, as it is almost impossible to talk to a physical person instead of just an AI bot. When I finally managed to talk to someone they dismissed me saying that I did confirm the change and that is not possible to change the date or have a refund, when on the contrary the only thing I did was to promptly let them know that I did not agree with said change. Total waste of time and money. I strongly advice not to book anything from this platform.

When an airline changes a schedule, they often offer an alternative flight to ensure you still have a seat. I see that there is a disagreement regarding the confirmation of this change. To resolve this, I have contacted the airline directly to see if a refund is possible, despite the current status of the booking.

No reimbursement from BudgetAir

I missed the round trip flights I booked with BudgetAir and I asked for the reimbursement of the airport taxes, which is something that airlines always do if you miss a flight.
The BudgetAir customer service replied that I can’t have the reimbursement, blaming the airlines’ rules, which is totally false !
Airlines do reimbursement airport taxes in Europe, so why can’t I have my money back ?

Although many airlines in Europe allow refunds of airport taxes, this is not a universal rule for all airlines or ticket types. Each airline applies its own specific policy regarding which taxes can be reclaimed after a missed flight. Furthermore, if a refund is possible, our own service fees will be charged.

I have reviewed the specific rules of the airline you booked with, and these do not allow for a refund.

I tried to reach out to the customer service regarding my flight refund from Dubai to Algeria BFR-32902828. I have a serious complaint about one of your team members She was unprofessional, rude and unresponsive. She left the discussion and I was placed in very deep end with no updates regarding my request. Staff like her should not be given a chance to work with your company
